Is there a good quality white spray mist that either 1. Doesn't fade and 2. Doesn't separate and become a funky mess?
I have a not even a year old Dlkusions white linen ink spray and over the last few months it has been harder and harder to get it to mix back together. I tried to use it on my spring cards and the dye will no longer mix with the "water" in the bottle no matter how I shake it. *the mixing ball moves around*
It has also become grainy.
I really love the white effect on black paper for stars or at Halloween.
So is there a good white spray mist?

All their other colors that I have (12 plus 3 new ones coming that I ordered) are awesome! Some are a few years old.
It seems like the white is a paint in a liquid almost where the others are colored water if that makes sense.

I've been using the Dina Wakely Media Gloss Spray in white. I really like it. But I say that with a huge caveat. I always make a giant mess when I spray, so I tend to splatter it instead and I cannot attest to how well it sprays or the longevity of it as a spray. I've had it for awhile year (probably almost a year) and it is still working well for the splatter. It also dries well and does not rub off or do anything strange like that.

This is also what I use, but I only splatter using the tube that's inside the bottle. I don't use the spray pump itself.

With my Mr. Huey's white being long gone, I have converted to cheap acrylic paint + a bit of water. It is far far better than the Mr. Hueys. So opaque and quick drying! A nice paint brush and varying the amount of water and I will never again need to buy more white spray for splattering.

Yes, I am a splatter too! I have only misted a few times. kitbop thanks for that. I was reading some information that other crafters just buy white acrylic paint and add water and splatter with paint brushes. Do you just use the .60-$1 paint from like Michael's?

I think I recently read someone here whose experience of that brush was that it was no different than any old cheap brush she already had. I don’t remember who or what the post was titled but just a heads-up that it’s another ordinary thing TH has slapped his name on.

My Mr. Huey's is only recently gone, and I tried making mist with acrylic paint a few weeks ago, and it was a fail. It splatters just fine, but occasionally I prefer mist to splatters. So I hope someone has a solution.

I like that Tim Holtz splatter brush especially because I can use it for alcohol inks or paint. It is different from a fan brush or a toothbrush. It's all in how you use the product and what is the effect that you are going for.
