Netflix: The Staircase. (true crime) A bit drab in some parts, but overall I was glad I watched it.
Hulu: The State of Texas vs Melissa (true crime)

Holy crap! On the recommendations here, I am now completely hooked on The Night Manager! My 22 year old daughter is even watching with me. (Thanks, Tom Hiddleston!) GOOD STUFF!!
Great thread, thanks to all for your input. I’m sure I’ll be back for another pick as soon as I’m done with this one. In other words, tomorrow! 🤦🏼♀️

Wish it was longer than 6 episodes and one season. I’m already wishing the same! I haven’t been so enamored with a series like this in ages - maybe ever. I’m savoring every minute of it. Thanks again for the recommendation. You have great taste!

If you don't mind subtitles, Finnish crime show called Deadwind is really good. It's on Netflix.

The lost symbol. Tv series. It was on showcase in Canada. But not sure what it was hosted in the US. Only one season. But it self concludes.

Thinking you've prob seen Breaking Bad. It and 24 are the most "on the edge of my seat" action packed shows I've ever seen. Movie The Fugitive Breaking Bad - the bar for all other suspense / crime series. and. it’s. high.

I love scandi noir! I just hate that I can’t watch while crafting. Pesky subtitles.

Fargo. It's not science fiction but if you want violence, there's plenty.
