When I print photos directly from my iPhone (using the Epson iPrint app, PicFrame, Project Life, or other apps where I can create a collage), the top and bottom borders get cut off. For example, if I create a 4x6 collage that will have two 3x4 photos side-by-side, with borders, I only get the two sides and center border.
I was having the same issue printing photos with borders from my computer, where the edges would get cut off, but I found a setting in the Epson printer properties setting that was apparently factory-set to "Expand" instead of "Retain Size." I found that odd, because if I save a photo to 4x6 and print as 4x6, why on earth would I want the printer to expand it?
I cannot find a similar setting while printing from my iPhone. Did anyone else have this issue, and were you able to correct it?

I get some wonky results if I print directly from the image to the printer. When I want to make for sure sure that my cropping and borders are a specific way I use the epson iPrint app. Then just check the settings (gear icon, too right corner) and check ‘borders’ or ‘borderless’, depending on preference. With the app there’s a print preview, so I can make sure it’s going to print how I want it.

I don't know of a setting to fix this. I tend to use Epson Creative Print because I like the selection of collage templates, but the process is the same for both apps. To reset auto-cropping of photos, "pinch" the screen using two fingers and resize as necessary.

Thanks, ladies! honeypea, the iPrint app "border" option works beautifully on full 4x6 photos. On the 2-up photos (using 2 3x4's side by side), the edges are not cut off the picture (yay!), but the white gap between two 3x4's is the same size as the outside border, so if I want to cut them apart, one side is smaller than the other three for each photo (boo). I don't see a way to make the 2-up photo borderless. So frustrating! Ryann, I have not tried the Creative Print app. Thanks, I will check it out.
