I just typed out a whole post then deleted it.
I just need to say that office politics can really suck, and the adjustment from WFH to work in the office has been really hard.
that is all.

Agreed. It sucks when 1 person can ruin the office dynamics. I'm dealing with this, too, with no good solution.

I'm so sorry. A bad work environment can really take a toll. I hope the tide turns or you can find a positive resolution. Life is too short to be miserable at work.

Life is too short to be miserable at work. Amen. I had resolved (pre-covid) that work is what I do in order to afford my life, but it's not my life. Covid shook all that up in a bottle and now that we're back in the office I'm continuing to find it harder and harder to justify. |
