Does anyone have experience on both Mac and PC operating systems with photo shop. We have a fairly new laptop PC (DH’s preferred system) and I’ve always been an iMac girl. While we travel I would like to access my iCloud and iPhone photos and edit them in Elements. I do have my Epson 400 printer to take with me. Thoughts? To buy the Mac air I would like is a huge chunk of change.

What specifically are you wondering about? I use Photoshop on both my PC and my MacBook. Although I haven't used it on my PC for nearly a year, because I can only run an older version on my PC due to lack of RAM.
It took a little while to get used to the different short cut codes, but now my muscle memory has kicked in, and I don't have to think about it.

I find the PC is not as intuitive for me, but the program works fine on a PC? How Different are the short cut codes, and is there some kind of cheat sheet? Thanks AussieMeg

I used Photoshop for over 15 years on a PC, no problems at all. I haven't found any difference in the performance or intuitiveness when I started using it on Mac, so hopefully you won't either, going the other way.
With the shortcut codes, it's really just getting used to the different keys, like using Command instead of CTRL, or Option instead of ALT etc. Well, the opposite for you! For example. to duplicate a layer you would do CTRL J on a PC and Command J on a Mac. To transform it's CTRL T on a PC and Command T on a Mac. Changing the Hue/Saturation is CTRL U on a PC and Command U on a Mac. Things like increasing or decreasing a brush size is the same for both.
There will be a list on the Adobe site.
Using iCloud on a PC is possible, but nowhere near as good as on a Mac. It's way clunky, but at least you'll be able to access your files if you've got internet access.
