Has anyone filed a dispute with Ali Express?

Yes, I’ve filed several disputes with AE and have always gotten my money back. It can take anywhere 2 weeks to 2 months to get an order. If the seller has already shipped it, just keep tracking it. You’ll eventually get it.

If the seller has not shipped it yet, cancel the order.

I don’t think you can dispute an order before the allotted timeframe has expired. If you go into your order details it will tell you if you don’t receive it in a specified number of days, you can open a dispute. You have to wait for that.

I ordered on 12/30/21 and the package was received in SoCal in 3 weeks but was never turned over to USPS. It got lost. I had to wait about 60 days for the time limit. Once it expired, I opened a dispute and was credited the next day.

ETA: There is nothing speedy with AE so you have to set your expectations very low. The cheap prices are worth it though.

I've had to make MANY disputes when I ordered an item which was missing in my package, or with defective product or product that didn't match the description. I've ordered many things - from an honest to god tutu for my daughter, to nail products to dies. I've never had an issue - from automatic refund to a bit of arguing (the tutu was an argument and I had to take many pictures).

BUT
shipping can take up to a month. I rarely have had things shipped quickly (when they did ship quickly, I made note of the store so I could order from them again!)

so I think you'll have to give it another week to ship...

Oh, if you just ordered March 25 you still have wait time. I've had a couple of speedy orders that I got in about 2 weeks. However, 4-6 is the norm. I just got an order that had a dispute date of yesterday(Saturday). I got it on Friday. It really depends on the store you order from.

It's all automated at AX so since you only ordered 3 weeks ago, you might get a basic response telling you to please wait until date XYZ to see whether the parcel arrives. You can totally begin the dispute process already, though. It's all handled by artificial intelligence.

I just got something that I had ordered as a Christmas gift. The shipping times vary wildly, but I have never had an issue getting refunded for things I haven’t received.

Have you checked the tracking to see where it could be?

Ahhhhh, gotcha. I have not seen that message in my tracking. But with that date, you should be able to dispute it. Or can you possibly put in the solution, that you would like it remailed?

I had a wrong stamp sent and received a refund. And for the first time I filed a dispute for an entire order of 6 items. I received a full refund.
