My Dollar tree has a new scrapbook section. 3 complete panels. There was over 100 different embellishment packages. They were mostly 3 D and looked relatively new. I was quite impressed. I got some words that were made out of heavy kraft paper. Flowers like that too.

And if you need tools, take a gander.
I found the picker tool for weeding vinyl and lifting small letter stickers, the spatula tool for electronic machines, and an embosser. They also have small 5x7ish self healing mats. Twine. Lots of it on larger spools. So much has been added over the last 6 mos or so.

I live near a smaller Dollar Tree and was surprised to find clear stamp sets. I bought two, tried them out and they work just fine. There was some wood veneer also.

my best find at the dollar tree are the small clamps with the pink rubberized grips. best things ever! it's like having a bunch of extra little hands to hold stuff in place while the glue is drying.

I remember once I bought some small butterfly hair clips, tore them apart and use the butterfly's on a set of birthday cards.

You mean the Dollar and a Quarter Tree?
I have not been in a while. Maybe I will check them out this weekend.

I visit maybe once a week on my way home from work. I rarely buy anything from the craft department since I seem to have plenty, but every now and then I do find a good item I can use.

Those suckers are awesome! I have a ton in the kitchen to use as chip clips, cereal bag clips, etc. they are so darn strong.

I keep them in my kitchen junk drawer and use them to clip bags closed.

The bigger and better DT have a great craft aisle. We have a few, most stores are so messy.
I'm heading to NJ and PA next week and hope to find a few good DT to check out!

If you can't find them in the crafty section, the hardware section often has them in orange/black. I have a bunch from years and years ago.

I went to Dollar Tree today and couldn't these anywhere. Do you find them in the kitchen section? I found mine in the craft section, on the bottom shelf under the hanging stuff. And FTR, my Dollar Tree never has any good stuff that you all find, but they always have these clamps!

You can buy a pack of like 50? 100? clothespins for $1 to use as chip-clips too. 🙃

The nearest Dollar Trees to me that have the bigger crafting sections are at least 40 minutes away. I do see the pink clamps at mine too. They seem to be mixed with the bags of mini containers they sell.

I never go to dollar stores but I did this weekend and bought some sequins for shaker pockets and a pointing craft tool for poking out little pieces of dies. I was looking at both those things for much more on Amazon so I was happy about my finds.

FYI - Our local Dollar General is carrying some American crafts products - they have about half an aisle. I have seen Thickers, Stamps, tags, paperclips, scissors, stickers and markers in this section.

The one closest to me is always so chaotic and there were lots of empty shelves.

Do you find them in the kitchen section? the last time i went to DT to get more packs, they didn't have them. they were always in the craft aisle. the funny thing about those clips are that some have very strong tension and some are pretty loose. i love the strong ones and i put a sharpie mark on them so i can tell them apart from the weak ones. i like having a mix of strong and weak but you never know which one you have until you crack open that package. it's a cracker jack of clamps. LOL

Found a $1.25 pack of wood veneer and glitter stickers (trees).
Some of these
There was the cutest gift bag with tiny green glitter trees. You could easily cut them out and use them for scrapbooking. They didn't appear to have the issue of flaking glitter if you even move them.
My Dollar Tree is a smaller store, so probably more to see in bigger stores. I only saw one or two items from the links I posted compared to what's on the website.
They had some pretty charger plates, but not dishwasher safe. No thank you.

I ended up going last weekend and the only good thing (that I wanted) were flower stickers that have a Amy Tangerine vibe to me. Can't remember what line, but that is what I thought of when I saw them. Got lucky and found a couple of packs but I really had to dig for the 2nd one. They are plastic, but look like vellum, and they are foam layered, and white embossing.
