Anyone experiencing this problem. The last 4 designs that I purchased will not download to my library. I have tried several suggestions offered in their troubleshooting section, emailed them (no response yet), rebooted my computer etc.etc. So frustrating.

Any chance that you have reached your storage limit on the Silhouette Cloud?

Another thought is that it won't download directly to your library if you're using an older version of the SIL software (as I am). When that happened to me, I just used the "direct download" option to DL directly to my hard drive. They appeared in a zip file in my downloads folder - I extracted the files and then imported them to my library.

That has happened to me. I tried signing out and back in again. Still wouldn’t. But a few days later, I tried signing out and back in again, and suddenly my images started downloading. Not sure if it was the signing out and back in or just coincidence, since the first time didn’t work. I assume you’ve tried that, but it might be worth trying again
