thank you for faithfully remembering Donna each month. That is so very sad and that he was take by the same. Heartbreaking really. Thank you for the update. I was so happy to be involved with the pea project to bring her joy in her last days. |

That is so heartbreaking. Deepest sympathies to the family. I am not that active on this board until recently. I cannot for the life of me remember who Donna is. Sounds like she was very loved and respected. So nice that her legacy is being continued in this scrapbook community.

That is so heartbreaking. Deepest sympathies to the family. I am not that active on this board until recently. I cannot for the life of me remember who Donna is. Sounds like she was very loved and respected. So nice that her legacy is being continued in this scrapbook community. Donna was a beloved pea. She had a sunny disposition and never said a negative word about anyone here on the board. She was a teacher who invested in her students and loved her husband and adult sons well. She passed from pancreatic cancer in 2018. The peas are notorious for no holds barred, but when someone is in need their hearts are as big as the ocean. When we learned Donna didn’t have a lot of time left, many peas banded together and made scrapbook pages for her to get her scrapbooks completed. It was so beautiful. The scrappers continue to remember her each month with a challenge to complete their own pages. |
