It's called Cards Against Humanity. It sounds like it's perfect for the kind of people we are - we love crude and inappropriate humor. I just bought it and we're taking it down to play it at the beach house this weekend. So, is it all it's cracked up to be? We have some pretty high expectations! LOL!

We have played it many times at our house. It's hysterical amongst the right group of friends....leave the pearl clutchers at home...

Yes, I have played it a couple times. Last time was with my scrapbooking group at a crop! LOL, that was hilarious. The ones you would have thought were pearl clutchers were the ones who were most knowledgeable. :-)

Dh & I were at a restaurant with our 19 yo dd recently & they had this game on the table. EEK! Talk about the wrong crowd, lol! Thank goodness our food came out fast.

I played it on Christmas Eve with my family the past 2 years, and at a few parties at my house. It's super fun, but you definitely have to be playing with peeps with a sense of humor and a thick skin!

One of my friends posted a picture of it from her birthday party. I have to get it for my next GNO - looks hilarious!

We just played it recently at a family get together, young and older - it was a riot!! We all enjoyed it. I agree - leave the pearl clutchers at home!

It's fantastically terrible. Not for the easily offended. Especially great if your play group is ethnically, religiously, and sexually orientation diverse. Alcohol increases enjoyment.
ETA: If anyone gets a card with a term they are unfamiliar with they are required to google image search it. Sadly, I was unfamiliar with bukakki prior to this game.

I can't wait to play. It looks like good fun, but it would need to be w/the right crowd.

Am I the only one on this board who finds games like this lead to the demise of our country?!? For heaven sake! Tomorrow is the anniversary of the birth of our wonderful democratic republic and you are all talking about a game that brings out the lowest, most vile attributes that should be decried by anyone who truly wants the best for our future! I have only one thing to say to all of you pervs........................
I LOVE that game!!!!!!!

Love it! I also went through and made it "PG-13" by removing some of the raunchier cards because DD and her friends wanted to play. Set aside the "R" rated cards for when DH and I have friends over.

I played it for the first time last weekend and had a blast. I will say, that my only disappointment was that I gave some pretty witty and funny answers, but the person choosing the best one always went for the crudest or the best sexual reference. It doesn't always need to be that...lol.

One of the girls in our group had that honor. If that wasn't bad enough she saw a reference to a Cleveland Bukakke - yeah, don't look that up!

Could someone explain the game? It sounds like something DH and his camping buddies would like.

My daughter has it. Her and her college friends love playing it. We had family over and a group of us played it. We had a blast. Lots of fun with the right people.

Yep, I've played it with several groups of friends and have always had a blast. It's like Apples to Apples on steroids.

Ok, here's a pic I posted on FB on a private group of friends that get together monthly, drink wine and play CAH. This really happened, I couldn't have picked a worse set of cards if I tried. The agent at the airport was really nice, I could have crawled in a hole.

I gave this to my 28 year old son for Christmas. He and his wife played with their friends on vacation, and he then told me it was DEFINITELY not a game he would play with his mother! WTH???
Loosen up some son!

Love the game. In fact, I just bought my daughter her own with all the expansions to take to college next month (even got her the Bigger, Blacker Box).
Soooo politically incorrect. And my oldest (24) does not like playing with me. She's a little uptight! LOL!

We love it! I've never laughed that hard in my life. I think we also have all the expansion packs for it.

Yes played it and refuse to play with my 18 y.o. Daughter because it is a little risqué. More like I would answer something and she would forever be haunted by my answers. I was at a party last night and they wanted to play. I said, I will sit out because I did not know everyone that well and it can be politically and sexually offensive. It is literally who can be more gross with responses IMHO. Fun to play with hubby and another couple we hang out with.
