Our LSS has brought in products from a new-to-us manufacturer, 3 Quarter Designs, from NZ.
One of our freebies at the crop was a beautiful pack of yellow springlike papers. I picked up a 6x8 (?) pack of masculine papers. Their style and weight remind me of P-13 papers from Poland. No separate diecuts: the idea is to fussy cut the pieces you want from a full sheet.
Have you seen these before?
If you have time to scroll through the products that Ladybug has on offer, which are your favourites?

It's as if Basic Grey, Graphic 45, and Tim Holtz had a baby. 😁
Not my style at all. The pinks and purples are lovely shades but not unto that look/style.

I liked Seaside and Coral Nights. I don’t mind fussy cutting, I find it relaxing, but only if I was dead set on using a particular collection and that was my only option.

I actually do like some of it (not much), but truly have no use for it. I've never been a fan of Graphic 45 or any of Tim Holtz's "vintage-looking" stuff. That said, I do kinda like the wispiness of the colors on a few of the papers in these collections: Sweet Girl, Coral Nights, Seaside, Little Mr. (hate that name though), Hello Sunshine, even Morning Dew (although I never use purple bc I don't really like it). I sometimes like a little bit of the grungy, distressed look in small doses but these are too overdone and too vintage-y for my taste.

I love a lot of it. The photos are kind of blurry, I wish I could have better-more clear-up close look, at a few of the items.

I really wish the pictures on the website were a better resolution. It's hard to get a good opinion of the products. That being said, most of it isn't really my thing either. I like a few of the patterns and colors but not enough to pursue buying them. It's always good to see new companies and products available though!

I've neither seen nor heard of 3Quarter Designs before this thread. Although I don't gravitate toward distressed vintage (perhaps because I still have the original/unparalleled, Basic Grey, in my inventory), a new entrant into the scrapbooking industry is exciting! I hope others follow (preferably one with a white-based, modern, & clean aesthetic)...

I have some of their kits, and yes, there is fussy cutting involved. Some of their pages are not my thing, but the ones I have done, have turned out lovely.
I have some, and I would buy some more in the future

Love parts of it… literally parts of the papers that are a mixed media background vibe as I’m too lazy to do that sort of thing myself and don’t want to pay for the products! Would love to use some to make a diy TN or diy pocket page cards. Wouldn’t buy a whole collection or do cut apart sheets though!

I have some, and I would buy some more in the future I agree. I have some of the paper and thought that the page ideas presented on the packaging were a bit basic, but I can definitely see the potential of combining this with other products because some of the papers are really beautiful. In particular, I am eyeing the Artist Within collection--I have some street art photos that I am waiting to scrap and I think these papers would be perfect.

You might find better pics here: imagineif.co.nz/3quarter-designs/It's not my style, but I have seen very pretty things down with it, both scrapbooking and cards :-)

Thanks, kiwikate. In person, the papers don't look vintage. We got the yellow collection at the crop, and the yellows are vibrant and pretty. Although I don't scrap with purple much, I would love to have that purple one for cards. Gorgeous.

My LSS is carrying this as well. She said she's the only one in US bringing it in - so far anyway. I bought a masculine card kit. The fussy cut sheets definitely have a Tim Holtz vibe, but the papers were a good grungy masculine blue. I saw Coral Nights in person and it was gorgeous! Reminded me of Prima more than Graphic 45. The paper is very nice weight. I'll be keeping an eye out for their new releases.

I just saw that JOGGLES.COM carries this brand. I’m intrigued.

I just bought a pack of their quotes to use in my mixed media and art journaling.

I have not seen it before. I do like the lighter color grungy papers for backgrounds.
