I have several, I stocked up everytime I saw them at TM. I use the glue stick portion to tape washi down to cards I send out (and I send out 10+ a week).
Well, I am starting to come to the end of my supply. Does anyone have suggestions for a tiny gluestick that will fit on washi?
I guess as an alternative, I could cut the gluestick down to fit on the washi. 🤷🏻♀️ The gluesticks are a quicker and cleaner method than liquid glue (for me at least).
I have also been super impressed, some of these pens I have had since they first came out 10/11 years ago, and just tonight found my first dried up glue stick. The rest have been used up!!

If I could get my hands on a supply of those Smash book pens again I would be SOOO happy. The last of my hoarded supply is sadly coming to the end of its long life... Can't believe the longevity of those pens! I started buying smash books when I was planning to journal while on vacation. Those pens were perfect b/c I could write my journaling for the day with the pen, then flip it over and immediatly stick down tickets and other momentos of our adventures. A couple of things I do with washi on cards: I use it on the top panel and wrap the ends around the side or top/bottom. When I attach that panel, I make sure the glue catches the ends of the washi. If the washi strip ends before he edge of the panel, I will lift each end of it and apply a little tape with my tape runner. If the ends are secure the washi will stay put.

There is an online store in australia that still has three pens for sale - a pink, a blue and a black. They also have three smash books for sale that include a smash pen as a part of the bundle: www.scrapbookingdelights.com.auThis site also seems to have stock: www.vaessen-creative.com

I loved thos Smash Book glue pens Prima used to make a narrow glue stick that was marketed with their planner line, not sure if they are still around for sale, Cocoa Daisy included them in a few past kits, and used to sell them in their store. Here is a link from Amazon (but they are discontinued) Prima Planner Glue StickInk Road Stamps is selling a similar one in their store: Ink Road Stamps Glue StickAnd they are also on Amazon here: Narrow Glue Sticks

I still have a couple. I wonder if they are still good. I loved all that smash stuff. I still have some random paperclips and embellishments that I use now and again.

It looks like Tombow makes a narrow glue stick pen. I had no idea there were narrow glue sticks. Now I need one just because they are cute!

And perfect for using in planners and diaries (Japan is huge into keeping diaries and notebooks). They make pen shaped erasers that push in and out too, like a mechanical pencil but with an eraser instead of a pencil lead. One of my favorite things I brought back from Japan. So handy.
