I'd love to have a master list of all the different ones that have sprung up. The ones I know about are: Vocabulary:-- Wordle -- Dordle -- 2 Wordles at once -- Quordle - 4 Wordles at once -- Octordle -- 8 at once! omg I just discovered this today. You do get more tries though. -- Taylordle (words that have some connection to Taylor Swift -- might be specialized like her pet's name, but also might just be words in one of her songs. -- Semantle -- I don't like this one at all.  -- Wordle Unlimited -- regular Wordle but you can play more than once per day. Geography:-- Worldle -- and there seem to be two of these with the same name, because my dh and I couldn't figure out why we had different countries until we realized there were two called "Worldle". -- Globle -- this one makes me crazy because there are unlimited guesses. So if you don't get it the game just goes on forever and by that time I just want to give up. Like today's... I just can't figure out what it is. Music:-- Heardle -- Taylor Swift Heardle -- I love seeing dd play this every day....she always gets it on the very first clue. One note or chord! lol I know there are more because I seem to remember one that was two words arranged like a crossword puzzle. And another one where you worked backwards on what looked like a regular Wordle. I never could get the hang of that one. What others can you add to the list? |

Not 'ordle's' but I play Redactle (as you know) and Framed, where you guess a movie from six stills. There's also WordHurdle and Phrazle but I haven't played them...yet!

How about: Sweardle 4-letter words, and “You only get 4 chances to guess though, so don't f*** it up.” or: Lewdle “Every guess must be a valid lewd word.” “CONTENT ADVISORY: Lewdle is a game about rude words. If you're likely to be offended by the use of profanity, vulgarity or obscenity, it likely isn't for you.” |

One that I play every day is Wordawazzle. It's an Aussie version, so mainly Aussie slang words, names, people, places, food and animals. Some of the recent words:
BLUEY
MANGO
BIKIE
CHOOK
QUOLL
WARNE
SQUIZ
AGGRO
TURPS
PARMY (Must be a NSW version, because we say PARMA here in VIC)

This one is a lot of fun. I get pissed off when my Pommy friend beats me though!

Not an “ordle”, and it’s an app. It’s called Wordus, it’s identical to Wordle, except I can play it over and over all day long 😂

there is also duotrigordle - 32 words with 37 guesses. It sounds horrible but is probably my favorite!

I’ll try again tomorrow when I’m fresh. I play wordle and Waffle with the 6 year old, and she keeps saying we need a wordle waffle. I’ll see if some of these other puzzles come close enough. Btw, she totally helped me get today’s wordle, by suggesting the order of the three letters we got yellow. |
