My Lord, I love the chinoiserie wallpaper in that first room. ETA: and yes, I'd visit you there.

Beautiful home! Do you promise we can have morning coffee in the conservatory room with the gorgeous stained glass ceiling?

It's nice enough, but coast homes need to more casual - Martha's vineyard nails the ridiculously overpriced, big house that feels like you can still walk in with your sandy feet. = I'll visit in the winter when I don't want to enjoy the beach lol

It's so tiny! I love the outside and the dock screams for a lovely boat.

Wow! Does it come fully staffed? Because I sure wouldn't want to clean that place. Of course, I am in downsizing mode, so I shouldn't even be commenting here. It is beautiful and tranquil though.

It’s a bit too fancy for me but I’ll certainly visit you! I also gravitate more to the oversized rambling sandy beach house on Martha’s Vineyard lol.

I don't like that house at all, but I'll still come visit if you buy it! But can you take those hideous cow head things off the wall first please?

I think I perfer this house, but we can be "neighbors"! linkThis is perfect, well absolutely perfect if in Hawaii. I could take it as is and maybe swap out some of the bedposts. I love it all!

I do not care for this home at all. I could never feel comfortable, I’d feel like I was living in a museum.
The linked one was a little better, but I guess I’m not built for upscale.

I don't care for it. Not my style at all. Too ornate and too big.

Beautiful home! Do you promise we can have morning coffee in the conservatory room with the gorgeous stained glass ceiling? Yes but why are there rollers on all the chairs in the conservatory? I’m fascinated by the way they expanded the height of the ceiling by ending the heavily adorned and paneled walls a few feet down.

It's a beautiful, gracious home, but a little too formal for my taste. I'd love to visit, though! Oh, and BTW, it's 20,100 square feet according to the listing.

My niece lives in Bluffton and is in the mortgage business. Let me know if you need a referral. 😁
I’ll be there for the Pea gathering. Just give me a date and time.

I'd LOVE it!!!! A Baccarat chandelier? ? This estate is located where my aunt and uncle live. I'm surprised their son (my cousin) hasn't bought it. He buys estates everywhere he travels to so that he and his husband could live comfortably near family and friends.
At first glance, the outside shot of the estate reminded me of Teresa & Joe Guidice's house in NJ (except that theirs was a wannabe/cheap version).
I'd stay in ANY room if you'd let me visit!
