O.M.G. In the old days, in true Trump fashion, these hapless witnesses would have received a visit from none other than Michael Cohen, aka Fixer-in-Chief.
Another familiar refrain, "I hope you do the right thing [and lie for me]. How many times have we heard that. Because he cannot say, "Don't worry. Just go in there and tell the truth."
And still they flock like a murder of crows to the republican party.

Since she wasn’t in the car but brought up what happened will those in the car be brought to testify since it is hearsay? Of course so many will rightly say it’s just hearsay but sure is damming. I think it would be wise to back it up.

Why is everyone so surprised at this testimony? There has been NOTHING shocking to me. Did/Do people really not understand this was the trump presidency? Even though we knew that it was bad, it's still shocking to hear the details. I mean, there is unhinged and there is putting your hands on the head of your Secret Service unhinged. I didn't see that one coming. |

I think it would be wise to back it up. If this were an actual trial, then yes, What she is saying happened in the limo would be hearsay. I think they started with those photos of her with various members of Congress to show that she really had access to the people she said she talked to. She constantly referred to them by their first names in a very comfortable way. All of this tells me that she had the access and heard the things she said she heard. But if this were a court of law, Meadows would not be able to hide out behind legal action. He would have to show or be in contempt of court. |

She has also put their names out there. By not showing up they are confirming her sworn testimony!! Iffy with the secret service though... But DOJ can call them in !!!! |

So technically the person who told her the story is at fault…..unless I’m totally mishearing how it happened in her testimony. |

One was a secret service officer head of presidential security, the other was a secret service officer who took a political position with the WH... I haven't read thru much of todays posts on the hearing but one thing that did surprise me was Cassidy Hutchinson's appearance in the video deposition vs live today. She looks like she's lost a considerable amount of weight which to me points to the considerable amount of stress she must be under in the last few months.
Trump has come at her all day and from everything I've read by other WH aides, this girl was NOT a nobody and was privy to A LOT of conversations by LOTS of different people. So I have to believe she has been under a tremendous amount of stress.

I really do hope that they have testimony from those in the car already. It’s not like this was her only testimony she had a lot to say. I can only imagine the pressure T would put on anyone that hasn’t testified already after hearing this today.
