Why is someone tagging this as political? I don't see anything at all political in the article. I think it should be tagged "criminal".

I don't know whether to laugh or cry at their use of rental trucks to arrive at "battle" sites, but have to give a huge thank you to the concerned citizen who saw them loading up and called law enforcement.

What kind of hate is in your heart to travel cross country to be hateful?

If some group wants to march in a peaceful, joyful parade, why the heck is that your business, and why does it make you want to travel miles and miles to disrupt the parade?

All of that is true, but/and that is also a part of the state that is close to Spokane, and really pretty and gets a lot of tourists (I was just there in August, and spent a morning at that beautiful park). They are cowards, but I have to say I really do find this stuff scary (and similar groups show up in Portland and Seattle and cause problems).

My oldest started work at the Jewish community center in my area today and you do not even want to see the level of security there right now.

This is just absolutely horrible.

Some of these idiots are so young too, only 20-21 years old. They must have been 12-13 when QAnon and Trump started gaining traction. Radicalization of young men on the internet is real!

Yes, he may have saved many lives by calling law enforcement.  I can't imagine what those monsters would have done at this event.

"About half of the calls were complimentary, White told reporters, 'and the other 50 percent — who are completely anonymous, who want nothing more than to scream and yell at us and use some really choice words — offer death threats against myself and other members of the police department.' Some callers have threatened to publish officers’ personal information, such as their phone numbers or addressed, online."

According to Nick Martin of the independent hate group tracker The Informant, white supremacist activists are already zeroing on on the Coeur d'Alene police department as a target after the arrests took place

"Neo-Nazis on other social media platforms have started doxxing members of law enforcement in Coeur d'Alene. Names, home addresses, phone numbers and photos are being circulated," wrote Martin. "One of the members of the Coeur d'Alene Police Department is being described by neo-Nazis as an 'Anti-American and Pedophile Apologist' because the arrests prevented the Patriot Front members from allegedly planning to disrupt a Pride event."

Coeur d'Alene, a town in the Idaho panhandle near Spokane, Washington, is part of a region that has become a notorious hotbed for right-wing paramilitary extremists.

What is wrong with these people? They are willing to kill or maim people who are posing no threat to them. This will also mean the end of their viability as functioning people in society (f they ever were, or could have been) when they are injured, killed, or arrested. What is the possible upside of this behavior, beyond high-fiving their similarly short-sighted buddies?
