Lots of discussion on the threads with Tim's studio and the rainbow craft room, Keisha at the paper mint. Just curious, what craft room is your favorite? Your own or someone else's? Or your dream craft room? Would love to see pics or videos. Here's mine. I love that everything is in beautiful cabinets, out of sight. And I really like the bonus room. www.youtube.com/watch?v=3x7n6yf8wlYKristina Werner's new craft room is a close second. Love the island and window seat. www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmNXiVDv82k

I guess I don't have a favorite. I like parts of many rooms that I have seen. My favorite part of my scrap room is my 10 foot walk in closet. I would love to have a square room that I could have a huge desk in the middle. That would be cool.

I haven’t really found anyones to be my dream room. But I sure do have fun looking at them all!
I have a list of things to put in my dream room. That includes hard floors, a sink, a place for a comfy chair, etc

Anytime I think I have too much stuff (which, if I’m honest, I do) I watch one of these videos and wonder how anyone gets anything done with so much choice. I only started scrapbooking again in 2012 and only had enough stash from the late 90’s that would fit in one box. I’ve done 3-4 purges since then as I figure out what I will and won’t use. Even so, I only use maybe a quarter or a third of what I have.
My favorite craft room organizer is Jennifer McGuire. Everything behind doors so it’s not overwhelming (and not getting dusty), everything organized so that you don’t have to move things to find other things, and the huge craft table where you can do multiple things for a project without reorganizing what’s on the table.

I cant think of anyone off the top of my head that I love their room, 100%. I am probably one of the rare scrapbookers these days that doesn't really want all white cabinets. I would love a mix of white cabinets + old, wooden unpainted cabinets. I love the mix of old + new.
I love pops of red + yellow in my work space. Big wooden tables. Vintage decor, but not stuff crammed everywhere. Some open shelves but not everything out in the open.

This is another great craft room, well organized and well designed. A little more open that I personally would like in a dream craft room, but great for people that want or need to see everything. www.youtube.com/watch?v=tEklEuruimE&t=1918s

My craft room is so much nicer than what I had at my last house, that I can’t complain. I have a loft, and the extra light is wonderful. I would, however, love to have the Ikea cube shelves that are so sturdy for storing my papers. Cabinets where things can be closed (and possibly locked) would also be nice. One granddaughter dumped a container of glitter onto the carpet in my old house. She got into one of the drawers. I keep stuff like that out of sight, and higher up now, but being able to lock it away from little curious people would be helpful.
I would also love a really nice craft desk, in the middle, but I have to be able to take down my tables and put them away when all the grandkids come to visit, since some of them have to sleep on the floor of the loft in sleeping bags.
My needs are fairly simple. I would like better shelving/furniture and organization than what I have. That will hopefully come in time. I also want a laminate floor. Right now it’s carpet, and I want to replace it with laminate flooring.

I haven't seen a favorite room. I'm not really into stamping and I've seen that be a major theme in a lot of craft/scrap rooms lately.
I know I do like my Expedit unit.
I swoon over how Lisa Soares has organized hers
I want one of these built for me to store iris cases, but just one taller unit.
As much as I'd love to have an instagram worthy room, buying pretty paper and fun products usually wins.

My favorite craft room is mine, since the aesthetic & functionality of the space is tailored to me! The dedicated room on our main floor has an attached bath, spacious walk-in-closet, large windows, hardwood floors, a counter-height project table in the center, oversized chair with matching ottoman & side table in a corner, plus two ladder shelves, a wide 5-drawer cabinet, & a cube bookcase. All furniture is Pottery Barn & in a black finish, except the wood project table & white chair/ottoman slipcovers. ETA: Check out Deb Rector’s studio featured on ScrapNStorage (Crafted Spaces Series 3).

most of the rooms I've seen are too much for me - beautiful to look at but wouldn't fit me and my crafty needs.
My room is getting closer to how I want it - it's 17 x11 but one short wall has a big open doorway (no door). I bought a comfy chair last week - it's a Queen Anne style that reclines but does't take up too much space - that's my reading chair. We picked up a kallax, 2 Alex drawers, and a desktop today at Ikea and once those are assembled - I think my scrappy corner will be just right. I need to move around the cubes in the middle of the room and switch up where my treadle is now I added the chair. Only other big project is making valances and covers for the sewing machine and cricut and hanging some artwork. I have decided on blue/grey/yellow for the fabric - just need to pick a print I like.
I do have all white furniture except my grey chair, my computer desk (espresso), my sewing desk (stained a medium wood tone) and my treadle which is a dark woodtone. Oh and my desk chair which is black. I'm good with the mix - I might paint the computer desk eventually but the not the other two. I picked white for everything else because the wooden items were all different tones.

I don't have a favorite scrapbook room. I've seen many scrapbook rooms and spaces that I like one thing or another, about the style or set up.
I love my scrapbook stuff. I don't have an actual room (studio apt), and currently I have things in a couple areas >> scrapbook corner and a sliding door closet. I like things to be movable(on wheels). I have (two) three tiered 12in-ish x 33in-ish utility carts << these reside in my scrapbook corner, and five hanging file carts (that hold my 13 x 13 storage envelopes) << these reside in a sliding door closet.
My latest addition is a dozen 14 x 18 cafeteria style trays, that I can move back and forth to my 30 x 30 bistro dining table, then easily put them away on a multi-shelf bookshelf or six of them will fit sideways on my utility cart and I can roll it over to my table. That doubled my amount of workspace. This makes cleanup so much easier, I just put the trays back on the bookshelf and roll the cart back to it's spot. I had wanted the we r memory keepers project cart, and this is my homemade version of it.
Over the years of viewing many scrapbook rooms, I know I don't care for entire walls of various shapes, sizes and styles of modular storage. Nor do I like big multi storage spots islands(not a fan of "builts ins"). They are nice for those who love that type of arrangement, but it's just not my style.

in my next craft room i want to double the size of the u-shaped desk area. i want to have a really long U-shape so i can just whip around in my chair from one area to another. i also want more drawers. i want a dedicated sewing area.
ETA: i want my u-shaped desk area to be so long that people will wonder if i'm holding board meetings in there. lol

I would actually just like a craft room of my own. Nothing fancy; just a place to call my own. I don't like all those big, fancy rooms. Everything always looks so antiseptic - especially the ones with all the white furniture.

I’ll let you know, I move in 2 weeks and then my craft room set up begins.
As far as online craft room tours, I love them all, there’s always a new way to look at how to store or how to arrange for creative flow.
I use what I can reach so I’m going for as much as possible within reach.

I’ve never seen her room - it’s lovely. I especially like the drawers and the square/blocky desk. I like Kristina Werner’s spaces too, and have enjoyed that she’s given glimpses in the past of how messy it can get with piles and scattered supplies. I’ve gotten the sense over time that she’s not naturally neat as a pin. And that’s a good thing, not a criticism or negative whatsoever!

We moved 7 minutes from our last house and it was definitely a move, but I am trying to imagine moving all of my scrap stuff at once. I took days to move mine.

That's quite lovely. There's a portion of her room (basically the first photo) that I could totally live with that would give me tons of space for everything I have. I love the full extension drawers. My house is very short on drawers and it seems like that's my preferred storage method.
