I’m really beginning to think a huge chunk of men in this country really do want women barefoot and pregnant. I guess they really are threatened by an independent strong woman. What a bunch of snowflakes ❄️

And gas was cheap because no one was going anywhere because of a pandemic that he badly mismanaged.you're kidding, right? OMG that is the stupidest thing I have read all day. Including all of the other tripe on this site. Trump was president from 2016 and gas was under $2.00 a gallon almost all through his presidency. In June 2021 gas prices were over $3.00 a gallon and a year later were over $5.00 a gallon. Gas was not cheap because no one was going anywhere. Plenty of people still left their houses. Nice try though You really should do your homework. The only time gas was under $2/gallon was during covid. Unless you think covid lasted his entire presidency? www.eia.gov/dnav/pet/hist/LeafHandler.ashx?n=pet&s=emm_epm0_pte_nus_dpg&f=m

Well that’s certainly going to make the “6” change their thinking on their decision on abortion isn’t it.
Damn photo ops. They accomplished nothing.

The thing that makes me mad about the whole gas price thing is this. The right was so ready to blame Biden when gas prices went up. But of course now that they are coming down, it will be for many other reasons and have nothing to do with the president.

Just like Biden saying he has nothing to do with gas prices. Until they start to come down. Theeeeen he claims the credit.

Well, if you look at the link posted above, the prices started upwards the minute joe got into office, and they haven't stopped. And those prices were going up big long before russia invaded ukraine.
And while the gas wasn't below $2, it was pretty damn close--$2.30.
When joe gets those prices where they were before, then I'll celebrate. Until then, this is just a part of biden's price hikes.

How specifically has Joe Biden caused the price of gas to go up? Of course you won’t answer the question, you’ll just scurry off.

Complaints filed against Indiana AG Yost for threatening doctor who performed the abortion for the 10 yr old girl. Republican Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita has been hit with a formal misconduct complaint over his threats to prosecute a doctor who performed an abortion for a 10-year-old rape victim. The Washington Post reports that Lauren Robel, the former dean of Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law, filed a complaint against Rokita in which she alleged that he intended to "harass and intimidate" Dr. Caitlin Bernard when he falsely insinuated that she did not properly file a terminated pregnancy report with the Indiana Department of Health and the Department of Child Services. In an interview with the Post, Robel singled out Rokita's decision to publicly disparage Bernard and threaten to prosecute her during an interview on Fox News as a major red line that no attorney general should cross. "The attorney general is tasked with protecting citizens, not going after them without evidence on television,” she explained. “I just fear that without those of us in the bar calling [out] that kind of behavior when we see it, we lower the standards." www.rawstory.com/todd-rokita/#cxrecs_s

Secretary Pete for the win! 😀 The win? Hardly. Riding a bike is not important for running the country. But thinking you're running for United States Senate, (twice) when you're running for president, rambling on about a guy named Cornpop while reminiscing about letting kids playing with your leg hair decades ago, repeatedly not understanding not to read the stage directions, standing trance like while holding an imaginary steering wheel? while looking off into the distance instead of looking at the the person asking you the question, saying "We're in the process of deciding what I think." in response to a reporter's question, clapping without getting your hands even close to each other, forgetting words, concepts, people's names and that this is the Biden presidency -not the Harris presidency, admitting that "they" won't let you take questions -saying that "they" are going to be mad at him, repeatedly being guided around with hands on, moving him around like you would a 5 year old. All of that certainly doesn't look good for cognitive capabilities. He can ride a bike and fall straight over while standing still. Yeah, a big win.

Biden's cabinet has not discussed the 25th amendment because there's no reason. Trump's cabinet did discuss the 25th amendment because he tried to overturn the results of a free and fair election and he incited an insurrection. I'll take President Biden tripping over a bicycle, mis-speaking regarding the senate and presidency after being in the senate for 50 years etc over Trump any day. You keep saying his mental decline will be obvious, everyone will see it etc. And yet here we are. He's still president and you're using the same examples from a couple of years ago to try to show his "mental decline". Keep trying. No one but Republicans actually believes it.

eta: Just to make it easier for you to see for yourself:
I don't think you or Cindosha understand how or why gas prices fluctuate. Gas prices were on the rise during Trump's presidency before Biden took office. I'm sure one of you will soon point out the next Republican talking point and false narrative that gas prices are higher because Biden cancelled the Keystone pipeline. (Hint - that's not true either). And this should be obvious, but Biden is not hiking the price of gas or anything else. www.nytimes.com/2022/03/09/us/politics/fact-check-republicans-biden-gas.htmlThe primary reason for rising gas prices over the past year is the coronavirus pandemic and its disruptions to global supply and demand.
“Covid changed the game, not President Biden,” said Patrick De Haan, the head of petroleum analysis for GasBuddy, which tracks gasoline prices. “U.S. oil production fell in the last eight months of President Trump’s tenure. Is that his fault? No.”
“The pandemic brought us to our knees,” Mr. De Haan added.
In the early months of 2020, when the virus took hold, demand for oil dried up and prices plummeted, with the benchmark price for crude oil in the United States falling to negative $37.63 that April. In response, producers in the United States and around the world began decreasing output. As pandemic restrictions loosened worldwide and economies recovered, demand outpaced supply. That was “mostly attributable” to the decision by OPEC Plus, an alliance of oil-producing countries that controls about half the world’s supply, to limit increases in production, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration. Domestic production also remains below prepandemic levels, as capital spending declined and investors remained reluctant to provide financing to the oil industry.
www.nytimes.com/2022/07/13/business/energy-environment/gas-prices-inflation.htmlGasoline was a major reason that U.S. consumer prices were 9.1 percent higher in June than a year earlier, the biggest annual increase in four decades. But now gas prices have declined 28 days in a row, the longest decline since the collapse in energy demand in early 2020 as the Covid-19 pandemic paralyzed the economy. Energy analysts say American consumers are spending $140 million less on gasoline daily than they were a month ago.
The trend could easily reverse, especially if a hurricane knocks out a refinery on the Gulf Coast, since global oil supplies remain fairly tight. But for the moment, the nation’s inventories are slowly growing, in part because of continuing releases of oil by the government from its strategic oil reserves and reduced consumption.

You are absolutely wrong. I paid .95 cents a gallon one time at Costco in 2018. Granted it was only once but I paid under $1.50 per gallon for most of 2018-2019. I paid under $2.00 a gallon during most of 2020. Maybe you live in NYC or Cali where everything is double or triple of anything and everything and that’s what you paid. I know what I paid. You are absolutely lying.
