Hi Sweetpe - it's Marie. I am a bit of a Photoshop action addict - I literally ask for them for Christmas. I love MCP Fusion for brighter photos, and Florabella Muse for softer, pastel looks. Hope that helps!

Sweetpe - one of my favorite projects to make was my Harry Potter album. There are just so many little things you can add to it like hidden journaling, moveable parts, etc. I found a lot of HP paper props for my album at therpf.com.

Thanks Marie! I have another question, how do you print your pictures for the simple stories/smaller albums. do you print them at home, cut them down. thats my big issue right now

I do print all my photos at home. For the smaller sizes I use Photoshop to resize my images to fit on 4x6 photo paper. For instance, I can place two 3x4 photos side by side on a 4x6 page, and then print and cut it. For the 2x2 photos you can fit six of them on a 4x6 sheet. I'll try to include a demo next time I do a 2x2 page, because I'm terrible at explaining just using text alone. I've also heard of people using PicMonkey.com to make photo collages for printing, but I've never tried it myself.

Marie, I'm a big fan of your blog, too, and am another who LOVED your Harry Potter album and hope to make my own one of these days (having been so inspired by yours). I've looked everywhere for those HP rub-ons you used but haven't been able to find them yet. I'm hoping they pop up one of these days on ebay.
Anyway, just wanted to say thank you for the on-going inspiration, and I hope your DD is feeling better.
