In an effort to spark some scrappy mojo I am working on a layout using a sketch from Allison Davis. What is the easiest way to resize pics to say 2.5 x 3? I do not use elements a lot and have found some videos but I was hoping for a quick step by step guide. If you have a video or tutorial to recommend please share!

I have photoshop, but I'm hoping the process is similar.
Easiest way is to resize your image: 1. alt-ctrl-i (or go to "image" and click "resize") 2.change dimensions to inches, and enter one of your size values (it should be "constrained" meaning if you change the height the program will automatically change the width to keep the proportions the same) 3.print, just make sure it isn't "sized to fit", but the actual image size.
If you want to put 2 smaller photos on 1 4x6 print (fwiw, this is how I do it, it's probably the awkward way!):
1.open a blank document sized to 4x6" (make sure the resolution is high, I use 250 pixels/inch but I don't know what res is truly necessary!) 2.open your photo into this blank document: I copy and paste because the photo opens as a separate document on mine, but I know there is a way to actually open it as a new layer 3.resize the photo by using edit-->transform-->scale (and you may need to rotate it too) 4.repeat with a second photo to fill the 4x6
