I keep seeing them everywhere. Events at Costco, and all over my TikTok feed, Gordon Ramsay is promoting them.
They seem so gimicky, and when I read the comments I see people complaining they are chipping/peeling. Curious if anyone has them and what are your thoughts?

It seems like during the lockdown I was seeing all kinds of new independent cookware companies come up. Carway, Made In. Lots of pretty colors and what that one all in one everything pan? DD bought a set of Caraway and I inwardly groaned because they don't get good reviews long term, flaking, staining etc. What good is a pretty lavender skillet if its all stained and brown? I'm not really in the market for a whole new set. Why can't they make cookware sets without a stockpot? They never need to be replaced, they are like the coffee cup and saucer to dish sets. Anyway, the ads look so intriguing but I don't want to dig because the ads won't ever leave my feed.

right? we must be on the same cooking tiktok feed lol. i live for cooking tiktok. most of my favorites are cooking vids. best "i was today years old" tip from tiktok: keeping avocadoes in water in the fridge. total game changer! it has extended the freshness by at least a week. when the avocadoes aren't hard as a rock anymore, i put them in water. i just pull them as i need them and don't have to worry about eating them all at once because they all ripened at the same time.

me too, there are so many good home cooks out there I love seeing everyone's cooking techniques and kitchens too.
oh and I definitely are on the same feed, I love that avocado trick too!
I'm also on cleaning tiktok and I fell for some stupid 'recipe' concoction to mop your floors with. I bought her PDF, too. Its Tide, Cascade dishwashing pod, Fabuloso and some Downy fabric softener. What the heck left a streaky mess on my floors. I was so irritated that I fell for that one.

I have them and I LOVE them. I bought the set of frying pans a couple years ago from Costco and loved them so much that I bought a set of pans from Amazon. Mine are not flaking/peeling at all. They act as non stick but you can use metal utensils on them. Even my sister in law who has fancy pans from France loves the Hexclad pans.

When I used to see cleaning crews using it on my Nanny family's floors, they'd have a fit because they knew it never cleaned well. It just smells overwhelming and leaves the client to believe it's clean due to the nice smell!

I think it cleans well, and it is a disinfectant which is why I like using it. But not in the whole house, just our bathrooms.

They are good still with the nonstick too? Even after a couple of years? If so then call me impressed. I may just try a couple of skillets at the next CC event. I like their return policy so that's good insurance.

NOTHING cleans like household ammonia. But do have some ventilation. Whew. LOL I have them and I LOVE them. I bought the set of frying pans a couple years ago from Costco and loved them so much that I bought a set of pans from Amazon. Mine are not flaking/peeling at all. I have seen them, but I don't want to spend the money if they don't hold up.

I also love that I can use a super abrasive scrubber to clean them and it doesn't hurt them at all. They look brand new even though I use them every single day.

thanks for posting, that is a great testimonial!
I'm tired of having to constantly replace my skillets, no matter how much I spend they don't last. I love my cast iron skillets but I still like the option of non stick.
I always feel terrible when I have to toss bad skillets as they aren't acceptable for recycling. I can't handle the guilt!
