You all are the best at knowing lines of product. I am in search of paper to scrap graduation pictures. Gown is royal blue with gray trim. Dress is cream.
It does not have to be graduation themed. I would like a line to use in addition to the grad themed papers I already have.
Any suggestions?

That's a tough one! I used some Kaisercraft Stargazer for some of my university graduation photos. It has shades of blue, some grey and cream. It's an older line (2018), but it looks like Frantic Stamper still has some in stock, or you might have luck with other vendors that stock older supplies.

I'm a theme scrapper. I would use Graduation themed paper, probably black and use the colors of the gown etc as mats and embellishments.

I would use a gray paper with graduation embellishments.

Congratulations to the graduate! Since the industry "standard" is black/white/gold graduation collections, perhaps consider adding royal blue, grey, &/or cream cardstock to personalize your existing themed products. The discontinued DCWV Graduation line added blue to the "standard" color palette (see here); physical pieces of this collection may still be available at discount retailers, in addition to digitals (entire collection, paper packs, elements) at AC Digitals. Regarding non-graduation collections, check out winter collections (eg Echo Park) for non-themed patterned papers in your desired color palette. HTH.

One alternative is to essentially create your own background paper with stamps. It takes longer, but it’s one way to get the theme and colors you want if you can’t find patterned papers that work. You don’t have to do that for the entire background, either. Sometimes just an accent strip will do, and use colored cafd stock along with generic patterns for the rest. Sometimes, though, I have found it challenging to find patterned papers with the right colors.

Volunteergirl, that is a tricky combination. All good suggestions above. Infochick, that "Stargazer" collection sounds like it might be perfect. Also sounds beautiful. Kind of a far-out idea: maybe lay out the gown and take a picture of it and then have it printed on c/s, maybe even mute the colors a little. You know the extremes that we all go to to get "just the right thing"!

Have you searched for Prom papers, volunteergirl? Those seem to focus on colours more. I found a pretty royal blue & silver one HERE Have never purchased from them, but thought I would pass this on in case you were interested. Scrap Your Trip has some elegant pages in black & gold. gramma has created many gorgeous grad LO's and has shared them on Flickr. She will have alot of ideas for you. I am linking one of hers here: IMG_1018 by CLAUDIA LOVELESS, on Flickr
