When I am buying scrapbook products I usually go to:
Scrapbook.com - this is my favorite because the site is so easy to navigate. I like the free items, too. The downside is that you have to pay for shipping. A Cherry On Top - I love this site because I like that they come on Two Peas and I really appreciate that they pulled that Native American inspired line that was really racist. I like the lines from different countries. I also like the free shipping. I try to buy from them a lot. The downside is that I hate their site. It is really a pain to navigate. Peachy Cheap - sometimes they have great bargains. Not Just For Boys Kit Club - I love their stuff.
I have bought from Wild Whisper, but I don't need to do that now that ACOT carries it. I have bought from Cocoa Vanilla, but I don't need to that either now that ACOT carries it.
I recently bought from Frank Garcia and I was really impressed with how quickly the product came.
What are your favorite sites? I'm always looking for ones that have different products or older products.

A Cherry On Top - my favorite for sure because of the wide range of products. I love the points you earn to get money off your next purchase. They also have lots of coupons to save money as well. Over the last year their shipping has really improved and I get my items within 2-3 days once shipped. I appreciate Matt being on here to answer questions. I always get quick replies from customer service there too.
Scrapbook . Com - close second. They are 1 state over so I get my products super fast, typically 1-2 days post shipping. Not as large selection as ACOT and they are a little more in cost but they have things ACOT doesn't. I will say though that they have really nice customer service.
Simon Says Stamps - pricey but super friendly and lots of fun stamp and die items.
Paper Persons - for digital files I can print out for my pocket pages

The Frank Garcia Studio store is about 35 min from me. I am planning to go next month.

My number one is SB.com. They process orders quickly and because they are in AZ and I'm in CA, I tend to get my orders in just a couple days.
ACOT is great as they have an even wider selection than SB.com as far as types of products/crafts they carry. They also offer a lot of international companies which I really appreciate.
I like Ellen Hudson, too. While their focus is cardmaking, I still find lots of cool things to use as a scrapbooker. I enjoy their IG account tips/tricks.
Country Craft Creations has great tools if you like to make mini albums from scratch (including the covers).

SB.com because shipping to Canada is reasonable. I cannot shop at ACOT because the shipping is not even remotely reasonable. SSS also has good international shipping prices, but I shop there less often because they have less selection of the paper items I want. Paper Issues used to get lots of my business, but again, shipping costs drove me away. Far far away. Many sites offer free US shipping for orders over "x" amount. But they don't offer even a DISCOUNT to international customers. They could at least say, "here's $10 off your shipping" when we reach the same "x" amount. I get angry about that. Canadian sites: All the Canadian stores I use offer free shipping over a certain dollar amount. Both Younique and Two scrapbook friends have sales on about a monthly basis (both are %20 off this weekend if anyone is shopping!). Scrap Shotz treated me very well when I had a problem with an order. And I had no problems with an order from Crafters Workshop either! I find our Canadian stores are all very well stocked!

Only One Life Creations is fantastic. The prices are good, the shipping is quick, and I've never had a problem with an order. The free shipping threshold is high at $125, but I don't mind paying $8 for shipping (that's what it is for me, anyway) when I feel like I'm getting enough savings off the products themselves. They are a smaller shop so they don't have as much variety, and if you couldn't tell by the name they are religious-based (which does not bother me at all, but it might turn off some). I love getting PinkFresh items here, if I can wait a couple of weeks from their new releases, lol.
A Cherry on Top because of their rewards program; the $49 shipping threshold (and sometimes free altogether); the variety of products, the fact you can skip their subscription box as often as you need/desire to so you don't get stuck with stuff you don't want; and pretty good shipping turnaround.
Scrapbook.com is great too, but my only hang-up is the shipping, especially if I'm buying paper or anything heavy. This is why I either wait until they offer some shipping special, or wait until I have multiple items to buy to justify the shipping cost. I'm much less likely to buy a one-off item or two here.
I have no connection to any of these shops, other than being a happy customer.

I have a good sized stash, I'm not picky about brands. It's overstocked items and cheaper than new releases. The main brand they have is Echo Park and Carta Bella. They are a small owned business and do take breaks. They are not frequent and they are good about coming back when they say they will.
Same reasons as above why I've shopped there. It only has been once, but no issues.
I've bought embellishments, metal dies, and stamps from there. I make sure the seller has a positive feedback of at least 90%. I like this website because some of the things I scrap are not popular topics or genres. For example, I found some medical metal cutting dies. The stamps are not superior quality. I have a stamp platform though and prefer words and simple images. I can't speak for the stamps with lots of details. Metal dies that are basic shapes like nesting dies are much much cheaper.
I like it for new releases. Something that is very unique that I MUST buy right away. My FOMO website. Because of that criteria, I don't shop there much.
ETA: I've also bought from peachycheap.com

Of the US sites ,Scrapbook.com is THE only one I use because their shipping to Australia is reasonable I tend to keep my orders small enough to get the $7.99 shipping For a $50 order SSS wants over $ 20 for shipping and most US sites are about that as well I won’t pay more for shipping than the value of the goods I’d love to order from more stores but it’s just not feasible since $7.99 USD is $ 11.56 AUD at todays exchange rate Sometimes I check out craftstash.co.uk and see if the exchange rate is favourable

I shop almost exclusively at A Cherry on Top. First, I am in Michigan. So I feel like I am almost buying local. And second because I'm in Michigan, I get my products quickly. I wish I could figure out how to cancel an order though. I pre-ordered something in April that was supposed to come in May and I still don't have it. I figured out how to separate my order so I could have my other things. I just can't figure out how to cancel the preordered item.
I will shop at scrapbook.com if I can't find what I need at ACOT.
Other than that, I mostly do kits.

ACOT is my go to store. I like being able to place pre-orders and find their store easy to navigate.
I shop at Paper Issues sometimes and get things like packs of white cardstock & cutting mats from Amazon.

Seconding all the votes for ACOT and scrapbook.com. Also adding that I love (looove) Etsy and eBay. It’s like a treasure hunt.

I'll have to echo most of the above replies with ACOT and sb.com. Once in awhile from Starlit Studio. I'll have to check out some of the other sites mentioned. Thanks for listing the alternatives and thanks artbabe for the question.

I order from Paper Issues often. Super fast shipping, I can always find a 20% coupon, and the owner is amazingly helpful.

Just have your order number ready and email you use and they are super helpful.

I felt I was ripped off by $3

jeremysgirl and others: What kits do you like, especially ones that have 3x4 cards? I subscribe to Elle's Studio right now. I recently quit AE story kit. I have so many kits left to use up. And all last year I subbed to Hip Kit. I liked Hip Kit too. I just wanted something smaller.

I've probably bought the most from scrapbook.com just because they usually have whatever collection I am looking for & their site is easy to navigate.
I also really love Scrapbook Generation! Mostly for their sketch books but I also love their kits - especially the beach kits!
I like Scrap Your Trip when I am looking for a unique theme - they seem to cover everything!
For my cardmaking stuff I typically go to Simon Says Stamp.
I also like Scrapbook Pal for stamps, dies & adhesive (he still carries Herma dotto at a great price). I remember when he used to be at conventions & he always had adhesives for the best price & he used to do free shipping at $25 (now it's $50) but will do free shipping promos from time to time.

Cherry On Top is my favorite. They have free shipping on $49 or more, they offer pre-order purchase, and excellent customer service and so friendly any time I've had to call in about something. They also offer the opportunity to collect cherries and earn discounts. Their shipping takes a bit longer.
Scrapbook, com. Love them as well, but they do not offer preorder, and they only have free shipping a few times a year, and when they offer free shipping it usually on $70 or more. They usually have a free gift-product of the day, sometimes two freebies to choose from. Their customer service is good. Quicker shipping times.
Both companies have a lot of the same products, as well as each company carries a few product lines that the other doesn't. Financially speaking for myself as a customer >> Cherry On Top has better shipping and reward incentives.

Most recently - Only One Life Creations, Scrapbook.com and A Cherry on Top. All have fast shipping and all a great selection of items. While I love their products, I do hesitate to use scrapbook.com because shipping has been high. I usually wait to order until I get a promo code.

I don’t really order traditional scrapping things so not really in to the stores mentioned. I think I bought from scrapbook.com once and ACOT once…
My go tos are kits from AE and I buy other things there, too. I also purchase from citrus twist, paper person, studio calico, and Elle’s studio. So places that have more pocket page type things. I think citrus twist and Elle’s studio have the quickest shipping and best service. Citrus twist is local-ish to me so it’s really fast.

Scrapbook.com for all the reasons already mentioned. Scrapbookpal.com for great prices on adhesives and Copics. Love their customer service too. Ellen Hutson.com - great customer service and very local to me, I can even opt to pick up in person, but she has reasonable shipping too. Simon Says Stamp, Gina K, Spellbinders, because I love to make cards.

For Canadians, I like twoscrapbookfriends.ca, glitterandink.ca, scrapbooknerd.com, scrapaddictsonline.ca, and thenicnook.ca. I found most of these through Crop and Create.
When I order from the US I like scrapbook.com, simonsaysstamp, com, and of course my monthly Elle's Studio kit and add-ons.

For special albums, like December Daily, I get a few items from Amazon.com, and random stuff like felt, ribbon, paint pens, etc. from Michaels/Joanns. Over Christmas, Shu-Wen really got me into AlteNew inks, so get tend to get some from there, too.

Scrapbook.com and acot were my favorites until I came across cheapscrapbookstuff.com. I've made several purchases from them over the past year and they've all been good. I love their deals of the week. You get 25% off of rotating brands and if you spend over $40 you get a better deal on shipping. I still shop at sb.com and acot but I like cheap scrapbook stuff just as much now.

I'm thinking I should have just scrolled on by and not taken note of all these stores, lol
I shop almost exclusively at Scrapbook Generations, I have so many things that I don't need one single thing, I'm not a trendy scrapper, or a fast scrapper-hell I'll be 90 years old struggling to refill my ATG and using 40 year old supplies.
But I like SG for the sketchbooks-I almost always start with a sketch, so I have almost all of their books.

Scrapbook Generations - I love their bank it shipping. I generally place a few orders, especially at the beginning of the month to take advantage of their free kit weekend. Then when the big box arrives, I'm always excited to play with new stuff. They have a great selection, especially 6 x6 paper pads. Their customer service is excellent, the owners are super friendly and helpful. I love supporting a small, family owned business. Their sketches are my absolute favorite!
Butterfly Reflections - This store is local to me, so I can generally pick up my orders in person. Great selection of stamps and dies, including one of my favorites, hello Bluebird, which is mostly sold through the company website. The owner is a sweetheart.

Scrapbook Generation is where I do all of my online shopping. I love the company and their owners. Fantastic customer service and relations online and in person. Bank-it is a great deal, shipping is super fast. I do live about 3 hours away so it gets to me quick.
I want to try out Paper Issues. She is less than 10 miles away from me and with local pickup, it’s a great deal. I just don’t order a lot of stuff, so I haven’t tried her yet. I will.
