***UPDATE***
If anyone is interested-
Thanks for all of the input. After lots of research, I purchased an HP Pocket Select.
The size and portability of a mini printer is just what I was looking for. The HP Pocket App was a breeze to install and setting up the printer was very easy. I like the size of the prints - they are slightly larger than the original Sprocket, about the size of a credit card.
Research warned me not to have any expectations that the prints would be anything like a “regular” portable photo printer, like my Epson PM 400 or Canon Selphy. And no - the prints are nowhere near the quality. But, with that said, I’m really very pleased.
It’s important to note that the prints are much darker than what is on the iPhone screen display. The print color is much duller and the resolution and sharpness are lower. This was not a surprise, because every review I read about all the currently available mini printers indicated that this was typical. But the HP Sprocket App has a lot of options. It has easy to use “Adjustments” to change the brightness, contrast, and color saturation of your photo, including a setting to make any photo black & white or sepia. Plus there are other options to manipulate the photo before printing - auto fix, filters, frames, add text, crop & rotate. Fun and easy to use. It does print rather slowly and the cost of each print is higher than other home printers or online printing. But it’s so fun!
I’ve just started to experiment with this printer. I just love the size of these little credit card size prints. I can’t wait to print out all of the pictures of my dogs and make a simple little informal junk journal. The fact that the printer is so small and light and the photos are sticky backed will allow me to print and stick from the couch or even my bed.
I’m very happy with my purchase and thanks again.

Hi all!
I'm interested in purchasing a small, portable "pocket printer".
I've searched the board and found a few threads that are 6+ months old and would like to "revisit" everyone's thoughts and opinions.
So - I'm looking for recommendations, if anyone should have any.
What I'm seeking:
I want to print small pictures on sticky backed photo paper. I will be printing from an iPhone 13 Pro, mostly my dogs, flowers, etc. These photos DO NOT need to be top quality, archival quality photos. They are only for me.
I have a small desk (upstairs) where I do junk journals and glue books and that's why I want it to be small.
I already have an Epson PM 400 and a Canon Selphy CP1300. I love both of these printers, but they are connected to my iMac in my downstairs craft room.
I noticed that in the previous threads, the HP Sprocket was popular. When I researched the Sprocket, I noticed that some models are discontinued, but still being sold.
If anyone has any experience with *any* pocket printer, I'd love to hear your feedback, be it good or bad.
As always - Thanks!
