I got a hexagon punch in my last Scrapbook.com order - I've made less than a dozen punches and now it won't punch completely..it'll punch partly on one side and not at all on the other. Not quite sure what I did wrong but it's disappointing

That sucks! Have you tried sharpening it by punching out the shape in foil a few times to sharpen the blades? Also sometimes I’ve heard of you put it in the freezer it can realign the metal if that’s gotten a little out of shape… I’ve swapped to dies for 99% of things now due to punches stopping or not working as I wanted

Who makes the punch? If it’s Fiskars, they have really good customer service and might replace it. Or you could contact scrapbook.com

Or you could contact scrapbook.com Was just going to say this...Fiskars replaced a punch I got at TM that would not punch all the way through. All I had to do was send them a couple pics of the issue via email and a new one was on its way.

Thanks everyone -I'll try the freezer trick - foil didn't help.
It's not Fiskars unfortunately

I have a couple of "broken" punches but I have tricks to making them work (one big scalloped circle one has to go on the floor and my foot does the pushing ) and another requires a palm push to get pressure over the whole lever or it doesn't cut both sides. Neither are fiskars. However, i have two completely broken fiskars "squeeze" punches and I replaced them - should have contacted the company, I forgot they have good CS!

It sounds like you might need to punch waxed paper through it. If not, it sounds like the punch part of it isn't even and Id call customer service.

Definitely reach out to SB.com. I've had great experiences with their CS despite being an international (and thus costing way more to replace something gone wrong).
I'm so sorry you got robbed so quickly from your punch fun! I hope you can find a happy solution to your issue soon.
