I've been carrying around 1/2 dozen printer ink cartridges that I need to return to Office Depot. I finally stopped the subscription, but not before allowing a stockpile to build up for a printer we haven't had in over a year.
It's not going to be difficult. Nothing about it is difficult-- I drive by/near the store frequently, the employees are pleasant... it's just 'a thing' I keep putting off.

Filling out Piles of paperwork so we can try to get reimbursement from insurance for $7000+ for medical formula we had to buy when no home health pharmacies had it in stock but sellers had it for 2x the price.
It's a lot and I just don't have the energy on top of prepping for surgeries for ds and dealing with my blown out ACL.
I will get to it when ds is back in school. Gives me anxiety just looking at the stack.

Painting my office. It is starting to look really dingy and I want it done, I just don't want to do it.

Clearing my nightstand. Tmw we're getting our new bed and I have to make room. How lazy do you have to be in order to not clear out a nightstand?

Getting all the camera gear I want to sell over to the camera store. I've had them out for almost 2 months and just haven't made the time to get them over there. Hopefully this next week.

Ugh, so many things. It’s been hot, and I’m not feeling too motivated to do anything especially if it involves getting in the car and going anywhere. At least the house is clean and the dishes and laundry are done.
I bought a bunch of stuff to make some bags because I wanted to make a new Vera Bradley style purse (which I did, and it turned out a lot better than I expected). I’ve had a pattern for a purse/sling for carrying my little dog for a couple years that I have needed to make but I don’t have the fabric for it. It’s literally the only thing I don’t have and I just don’t want to go to the store to shop for it.
I have a bunch of recipes for cake pops that I want to try. I have all the ingredients but the thought of turning on my oven and actually doing it just makes me feel MEH.
I just bought myself a bunch of new t-shirts about a month ago and I want to put HTV vinyl on them. They’re sitting down in my studio on the ironing board feeling unloved.
I already did the one errand I really had to do today. My dog just wants me to sit in my chair so she can sit on my legs, and honestly I could really be down with that.

Unpacking. We moved apartments yesterday and now have boxes all over the place. The movers were good and put everything in the correct room, but it has taken so long just to get the kitchen done. Next up is clothes as I need to find more underwear and some different shoes

Going back to work. I have been off for four months now, after being employed consistently since I was 14 yo (I’m 51). I am in a place I can look for a job that includes a good work/life balance, so I am looking, but I am in no hurry.

Deep cleaning and doing random house projects. We have out of town guests arriving on Tuesday and I want things to look nice. I've been crafting instead.

omg what a timely thread. Just this morning I just went online and paid a tax bill I had looming over my head and was stressing me out. I have the money, IDK why but the whole process gives me anxiety. I'm really ridiculous about it.
After that got done I went online and transferred title on a car we bought for DD who just turned 16. Those were two major things I *had* to get done.
Next to tackle is my craft room which again, became a dumping ground. I've been gathering pictures from my parents house with the plans of doing *something* with them and there they sit in bags on the floor. All that added to the stuff I'd already dumped in the room. The thought of dealing with it is giving me a headache. The rest of the house is fine, its just that stupid scrapbook room.
I also have to make a Goodwill run, my garage has a few bags of things I need to take. I'm going to do it this week. I swear.

I am currently putting off doing more packing. I worked for 5 days solid from early morning to 10 pm to get as much packed as possible before the movers came to load another pod. I’m exhausted. I’m cranky. And yesterday I was so distracted thinking about my son in surgery that I just kept moving things around and not doing anything efficiently. I finally just said screw it. No work today.
Which means I have to get back to it today and I’m still wiped out. But, after seeing how the movers packed things, I’m going to push myself to get it done because they were awful. I’m going to have a total mix of well packed and organized boxes with proper paper around breakables to handfuls of stuff just tossed into boxes and sealed up, no paper, no making sure each box is full, and no concern as to whether they are packing something they shouldn’t be.
I had a little basket with a plastic painting container, a brush, a couple of rags, and some Watco oil sitting on the edge of the table from using it the day before to work on these wooden boxes that I wanted coated. The table was not going to be moved until after the house sells. I figured it was safe there. But what did they do? Took my working setup and stuck it in a box! I just hope the Watco lid was on tight. And was really irks me, that Watco oil was a replacement can that I had to go buy because they packed my three new cans from my garage shelf! And all of my paint brushes and supplies.
And they left three items on the table that could have been packed without issue but went for the one thing I needed.
I am going to be so happy when this house is sold and I move into a new place. I think I will need to either go on a relaxing vacation or enter therapy when it is all over.

Getting a colonoscopy. Getting my shingles shot. Detailing my car. Oh haha me too! I also need my Botox topped off but I can't make myself call for the appt. I felt like I was genuinely getting something done by leaving the house to eat with friends two days in a row. Right now I'm putting off getting ready for work because I'm just so damn tired. In my soul. From work. Damn

Sitting next to you on the “everything” bench. Most pressing are (in no particular order): starting and completing my college class that I need to take to renew my teaching license. enrollment packets and info to be sent out to parents next week for the upcoming school year curriculum decisions for this school year cleaning my disaster of an office and classroom paying bills and the dreaded vacation laundry Dh keeps nagging me about a garage sale but I just don’t feel I have the time or energy. I did manage to go to the bank, drop off the deposit for the new roof and take DS to buy his new uniform clothes this morning. I consider an unusually cooperative DS that actually tried on pants for me a huge win.

I'm procrastinating getting my DH's name off all the financial stuff. I was waiting until I closed on new and old houses. Now the grandkids are here until Tuesday. I'm giving myself a week to recover from that, LOL, then I need to do it.
I did make an appointment with our financial advisor to roll over his IRA and discuss updates to beneficiary, trust, and will.

Omg life. I have zero motivation which I swear is an energy sucker, but don’t ask me how. Like even sitting here binge watching tv is unmotivating. I have done some laundry but it’s not like I have to do anything with it. It goes in the machine and then said machine yells at me an hour later. I really need to go get stuff for dinner but that’s been probably the worst procrastination thing for like 2 weeks. I’m so over cooking and food in general. Ugh ok I’ll go swap the laundry and get dinner. Then I think I’ll get in the pool if it doesn’t rain.

Starting the orders of service for DD’s wedding which is in three weeks. I had a design in mind but it didn’t look good, so I’ve had to go back to the drawing board.
Arranging to get my car serviced. It is a year overdue 🤦🏼♀️, but I have done hardly any mileage in the last year, so I really resented paying for a service!
Attaching a specialist splashback wallpaper around my hob and behind the sink. It was pretty expensive (it’s fire and water resistant) and I’m scared I’ll make a mess of it.

Starting the 40 different types of cookies I need to bake for DD’s wedding reception Labor Day weekend. Meeting with the event planner at the hotel to organize the morning after brunch for guests who traveled. Finishing the binding on the quilt her fiancé’s mother and I made for a wedding present. Cleaning all bedrooms and painting one for relatives staying at our house. Calling to get carpets cleaned. When this wedding is over I am going to collapse and do nothing for at least a month.

Cleaning out my closet. I’ve been meaning to do it all summer and next week is my last week off! I just found out the flooring installers will be here tomorrow to install our new living room and office flooring, so since I will be mostly confined to my room maybe tomorrow will be the day!
