62. My cousin found her this morning.
She had nearly died 4 years ago when she slipped into a diabetic coma. She had COPD also.
My mind is all over the place. Wish I would have messaged her yesterday when I had messaged the other two. Wish I had spent more time with her too. Last time I saw her was 2019.

I'm so sorry. My dad died at the age of 63 in his sleep. It really is a different grieving process when it's unexpected. Be kind to yourself and it's okay to feel all the feelings.
