Spellbinders is doing the arch now, too. And I saw Simon Says Stamp released an arch layering die set a month or two ago. I wasn't loving it at first but now it's growing on me.

It's the bomb. I love that the Greetery's layered stencils (at least the two I have), don't share layers. Some will have the last stencil share leaves + flower centers or other layers. You then need to either stencil with a much smaller brush or mask off to avoid mixing colors.
