This will be long so I am going to try and break it up as best I can.
I thought the issues with formula were over but they are not. Ds is now being used as a pawn and I am just over it.
When I called end of May to order June's shipment I was told by home health pharmacy (hhp) that they were withholding his formula and would not release it until insurance paid for May's in full.
There was an issue as the formula was sent in pieces here and there due to shortages.
Reached out to DMHC and insurance and it was confirmed that payment was sent and there was an error with the LOA (contract).
Got June's shipment. When I called in July everything was fine and got his order with no delays.
Not once was I told that HHP still had not been paid. They also confirmed his new prior Auth and date it expires.
Got his delivery.
Hhp called yesterday that they can't run his new delivery as the Auth expired. I said no, it's good until x date. They said they don't have it even though in July they stated as such.
No one ever said they did not get laymen for June and now July (all supposedly) shipments.
Reach out to DMHC and insurance. I have 2 letters stating payment went through. Insurance is being fined and looked into by DMHC because of this issue where they goofed.
Insurance can not find any payments owed.
Hope then threatened myself and insurance that if payments are not received today by 12pm we will be dropped and our services canceled.
They then tell me what to do even though that is their responsibility, not mine.
Legal team is now on board as well as DMHC.
Anyways, no formula will be coming until this is all worked out.
Never ever had this issue with previous hhp. Or any others previously.
Hope can't keep their story straight and lies then blocks services and threatens us.
And is now using ds as a pawn to get what I don't know...because they have been paid.
Ds has 10 days left. It takes hhp 5-7 business days to process and ship out his delivery.
I just need the powers that be to feel the collective strength of you all to get this moving in the right direction so ds can have his formula and we can stay out of Children's and not be around all the covid positive kids there now. And not be placed on tpn or need iv fluids.
He regresses when admitted due to his PTSD and Autism.
The formula issues aren't over btw.
I got 6 cans of EleCare Jr from Abbott and an "apology" letter. Never got back the thousand plus dollars owed for returned formula.
