Jaded Blossom came out with a cute gnome die early this year. Each month they have been offering add-on sets to go with the basic die. I thought I had missed out on the basic set, but they re released it this spring and I was able to grab it up in June, along with the girl gnome, and cowboy and graduation add-ons.
So now they have the FALL add-on set. I don't send Halloween cards. Maybe put together two of three Halloween LO's if I get pic's of the dgk's trick or treating. I HAVE leaf dies. But I LOVE this set!
It can work without the gnome...
But it works with the gnome dies I have to create these:

PayPal is my greatest friend and my credit card's worst enemy.... So I am brain dead from grandparenting an ADHD dgs all week. I just had a bit of unexpected reprieve while Grampa takes dgs on a short road trip to the neighbours. So... I now not only have the Fall add-ons purchased, but also the BIRTHDAY add-ons: My gnomes can now dress for any occasion...

I love it grammadee. This is perfect for fall too and I can see the pumpkins become watermelons for summer maybe. And the hat with the patches is adorable and could be used all year around. The birthday set is nice, much easier to use stickers or other dies to make the balloons, cupcakes and the pom-pom on the hat. If I would need to choose between the 2 sets , I would go with the fall one. Those stacked pumpkins would be great for the front door...to decorate the porch. |

I’ve really been resisting those Jaded Blossom gnomes but with each add-on release my resolve weakens. I’m tempted to buy that set just for the stacked pumpkins for my fall cards.

They’re not my kind of gnomes but I’ve been watching Kristie Marcotte create with them on YT ever since the first basic set came out and they do look very fun. I was actually glad they weren’t my style because JB has brought out a LOT of add-on sets! Yes, I agree with tampascrapper - I hope you'll join the fall exchange (the numbers have been very manageable), cuz (selfishly) I'd love to see what you do with them in person! I have the two basic gnomes from SSS, I've had them for several years. After seeing all the things one can do with your set, I need to get more creative with what I do with them though! |

Jaded Blossom makes the cutest gnome dies that I have seen. I am not a huge gnome fan, but neither am I indifferent to them. I got the basic set and cowboy set, because I loved the gnome cowboy card you made and posted, grammadee! I think the fall add-on sets are cute, but I have other stitched dies that I can use that might work just as well, although the add-ons are tempting. You are definitely an enabler! I’ll wait and think about them for now, though. |
