I've had some Dexter shoes that were super comfy. I don't know if the Dexters at Payless are as comfy as the older ones but it might be worth a shot.

I bought some Minnetonka loafer/mocs this past Saturday and I have worn them every day since. Very comfortable!
I have seen them in TJ maxx mostly, but I got these at Journeys while shopping for the kids. THey were $39 on sale and I had a $5 coupon.

My Marshall's just had some Trotter's in. They are wonderful for my feet. The colour perfect. They also had widths...W, WW and N and NN but no R and none in my size. The colour though. That was the amazing part. They weren't cheap (I think they were $40) but oh so nice!

Just remember you get what you pay for. A pair of shoes that are cheap aren't going to last as long, and you will wind up replacing them more often, and in the long run that can be more expensive than paying more for a better quality of shoes.
I have been having tons of issues with my feet lately, so I finally went to a podiatrist and I was fitted for custom orthodics. The difference is amazing. I suffer from fallen arches and tight achilles tendons. I also work retail, so I am on my feet for extended amounts of time. I just got a pair of Easy Spirit, "non-Grandma looking" tennis shoes, as well as a pair of Born boots. Thankfully, the orthodics are small enough to fit in most shoes without any problem, even cute flats!

I have these ones from Payless, and they are super comfy. I'm pretty sure they come in several colours. I wore them all over Europe earlier this year. I have those shoes in two colors! They are surprisingly comfortable and actually fit my feet well. I haven't had any luck with flats from the usual "comfort" brands but those Payless ones are perfect.

I like my Clark's. For the cheaper brands I put in Dr. Scholl cushions because of issues with the ball of my feet.

Pricey but well worth it, Vionic with Orthoheel Technology, I bought the Sydney driver flats for a trip with lots of walking - extremely comfy.

I had some flats from Payless and they were cheap. They were very cheap and they were cute. They lasted a good long time and wore out and replaced them with something very similar the next year or two later. They didn't claim to be the ultimate shoe or anything but holy heck they were comfortable!!!!

NOT Jessica Simpsons from Macy's. Worst shoes I've ever owned, I think. Ouch!

Hmmm. I love Cole Haan, Bandolino, Born, Clarks, Naturalizer. A have a cute pair of flats that look a lot like yours but with more padding on the footbed made by lifesdtride. I also love Ahnu "clogs"- which look more like a loafer than a clog.

I have feet issues and comfy flats are hard for me to come by. I tend to like Clarks and Keen shoes as well but both tend to be pricey. There was a good sale a few months ago so I tried these Fergalicious flats from shoes.com when I was ordering something else for my DD and love them so much I am ordering another pair. I love that I can wear them with brown, black or denim and they are very comfy. I also agree with the poster above that recommended Minnetonka loafer/mocs. I find those to be like heaven for my feet.

I have feet issues (hallux limitus) and comfortable shoes are tricky for me to find. During the winter, I primarily wear Dansko clogs.
Most flats are just painful for me to wear. However, I have to throw in another vote for the Payless flats that are pictured. I have a pair of the shiny black ones with the capped toes that are extremely comfortable. They do not hurt my toes at all, and I can walk in them without grimacing or limping. I wore them with leggings yesterday and they looked really good. I have another pair of the same brand (Dexflex) that look entirely different and that are several years old, also bought at Payless, that are also extremely comfortable. Even though they're a few years old I still get compliments on them whenever I wear them.

I took a chance and bought two pair last month. They are comfy and even my feet with RA like them. I want red, but my store never has them in my size.

Those Payless flats look like you could bend them in half right in the middle. My podiatrist would cringe to see that. If you need/want a supportive shoe, it should not bend in half at the middle; any bend should be under the ball of the foot.

I have a lot of trouble finding shoes that fit well and are comfortable. I have three pairs of those Payless flats and I love them. There is just a little cushion in the arch that seems to help my feet. I also love the Skechers Go Walks but they are not pretty.
