I've seen some people store them in those little plastic boxes from the craft store with the dividers.
But most of my numbers won't fit in the sections.
Right now I have everything in small plastic bags or acetate bags from products in old December Daily boxes. I have 3 of those full of numbers. 1 is 1-13, 1 is 14 - 15, and the third is like sheets of number stickers.
I need something new. This is isn't working.

For December Daily, I dont keep a bunch of numbers. Usually 3 sets to use, and I keep them in their original bags and then put them all in a bowl that I keep on my desk. Too many choices makes me not get anything done.

I use a container with a lid that I got at Ikea and they're stored with smaller (not the Thicker sized sheets) alphabets. The box fits on my cube and I have one of the H dividers so two fit inside one cube.

In numerical order.

That is one thing I don't have a ton of. I have my flat alphabets in a drawer and the numbers are behind them.

I am not someone who really uses numbers outside of DD, and I prefer to use a single set for the entire project rather than a variety of styles. I do have one of those divided boxes with my 1-0 random numbers in them, which I use very rarely. Any sets for DD that I have are stored as a complete set in the original packaging, and any leftover numbers are usually tossed at the end of the year I use them.

I guess I don't store my numbers. The numbers I have are the ones that come with alpha sheets and they're stored by color. Interesting question blemon.
And Don, you're a treasure.

Ha ha, Don. I love numbers and I have a lot of them. For DD I like to use a different number for each day. I don't like to even use the same style more than once. I usually leave the numbers that are part of alpha stickers with them. If I have something like a tag that I want to use to stick my number on, I will use them for that. I have purged in the past but numbers are something that I really struggle to part with. I love a good font.

Good question. Hoping to see what everyone else does. I don’t have that many right now but just got the AE numbers kit which added some. It is tricky since they all all different sizes and then there’s all the numbers in alpha sticker sheets….

It is tricky since they all all different sizes and then there’s all the numbers in alpha sticker sheets…. Right! Should I also take the numbers off the Alpha sticker sheets? I do not use numbers when I'm using alphas. I can't remember a layout where I used the same for both. I always like to have contrast. And maybe all of my numbers should live together, even the DD ones. Why can't they be friends?

Perhaps because I don't do daily projects (e.g. October, December), I don't buy numbers; rather, I use number stickers from alpha sheets or create them with stamps or dies as I need them. I suggest an ArtBin Solutions box(es) with removable dividers customized for the size of each section to accommodate the tallest numbers. Another option is to sort the numbers into 4x6 or 5x7 Iris photo cases. HTH & you find a solution that works well for you.
