Order your scrappy steps from favorite (#1) to least favorite. Feel free to add steps that I may have forgotten and explain why your #1 is your favorite and why your least favorite is dreadful. You can also leave out steps you do not take.

1. Shopping (that seems to be a common theme for most of us!) 2. Searching for inspiration 3. Making the template in Photoshop 4. Adding the photos 5. Adding the embellishments 6. Choosing a kit to match the photos / theme 7. Journaling 8. Title (ugh, I suck at this!) 9. Finding photos if I'm using a sketch or a template. This takes sooooooo long! My least favourite as I mentioned above is finding photos to go with the sketch or template that I'm using. If I am not using a sketch or template it is a much easier and quicker process, because I choose the photo first, then decide what sketch to use, or design my page. And yet after all the angst of having to find photos to go with the sketch, I still love Sketchy Saturday and Sketchtember - go figure! There is no tidy up for me, I just close my MacBook and voilà, I'm all tidied up! But back in my paper scrapping days, tidying up was my least favourite part.

Favorite: Shopping. Choosing which photos to use. Looking through supplies, deciding what to use. Organizing supplies. Organizing scrapbook area. Figuring out layouts, reconfiguring layouts in progress, more reconfiguring layouts in progress. Assembling layouts. Taking photos.
Least Favorite: Clean up, putting supplies away. Uploading photos for printing. Burning photos to cd, for safekeeping.

Meh, it depends on the layout: Choosing/creating a title
Least favorite: Editing/ordering pictures Journaling Tidying up before/after a scrap session Using dies or die cutting machine Finishing touches - enamel dots/paint splatter/sequins
Rare/never:
Searching for inspiration/a sketch/social media/YT/blogs Mixed media Sewing/stitching Joining a class/crop
I just like taking pictures, of everything...
The hard part is downloading both my phone and camera (where are the cords?) organizing the photos into folders, picking which events to scrap, making sure everyone in the family is in at least one photo (for group events) cropping, will these all fit on one page? Why did I not take more photos? I took too many photos! Did I forget anything/anyone/any events? That weird sizing thing that Costco makes you do on EVERY photo or heads might get cropped off... and then my computer glitches while downloading and only half the photos download so I have to start over... I hate it.

Least to best:
Everything that has to happen between taking the pictures and having the photos printed on my desk.
hunting for specific supplies in my stash I know are there but I’ve lost track of where I put
Feeling “stuck”
Waiting for goodies to arrive in the post
Everything else 😍

I couldn't honestly order which parts of the process are my favourite...it all depends on how a layout is flowing, but typically I enjoy most of the steps
WITH THE EXCEPTIONS OF THE FOLLOWING PARTS:
Sewing/stitching (looks great so I do machine stitch but I don't enjoy it at all) Journaling (wish it would magically appear) Searching for inspiration/a sketch/social media/YT/blogs (love looking at the inspiration but actually REMEMBERing what I've seen is HARD and I hate the process of saving/printing ideas)
And of course, I HATE Editing/ordering pictures

Favorite (because it's my reason for scrapbooking): story telling (ie. choosing a story to tell, journaling, brainstorming a title)
All other steps in my process (which excludes social media search/sewing/class/crop/etc.) are equally liked
Least favorite (because I view it as a chore, despite usually getting standard 4x6 photos SOOC/no editing!): Ordering pictures

I do general papercrafting rather than scrapbooking, but here's my list.
1. Using dies or die cutting machine 2. Colouring (!!!) 3-5. Finishing touches - Choosing supplies - Storing / Tidying Up (all pretty equal) 6. Waiting for orders to arrive in the mail 7. Shopping (it'd be a lot higher if it didn't cost money.)
and way, way last: 10. Searching for inspiration

I love the creative process, choosing embellishments and colors and patterns, and that process start to finish.
I dislike adhering my journaling strips and photographing/uploading to blogs and social media!

I love the whole process, from taking the photos to finishing the page. Which part of it I enjoy the most depends on the situation. How much time do I have? How am I feeling? Do I have--and can I find--everything I need to complete my LO?
Some days I like to play with new techniques and ideas. Others I am happy to go with tried and true.
Last place is definitely the cleaning up. And then I leave it until it becomes an even bigger job.

1. Taking pictures (I rarely edit & never need to order since I'm digital) 2. Choosing pictures or a story to tell 3. Journaling 4. Shopping/choosing supplies (although this is usually a CT kit that I "have" to scrap with by a certain deadline) 5. Mixed media 6. Embellishing & finishing touches 7. Choosing a digital template to use (I haaaaaate deciding on paper/photo placement) 8. Choosing/creating a title (I generally use a tag or piece of wordart from the kit)
I don't buy classes (99% are for paper scrappers so while I can "translate" the content, I don't want to), use dies/die cutting machines, or need to clean up after I scrap.
