I think republicans are more worried about the implications of Biden and hunter selling US out to China. At least that’s what I’m hearing I think there’s a lot more chance that the Trumps sold us out to the Saudis. |

Joe and Hunter “handing the United States over to China” is just an idea Tucker Carlson and his ilk can throw out there to keep the Trump base vaguely terrified for reasons they don’t actually understand. They also say that’s why (in their words) Biden wants the war between Russia and Ukraine to go on and on—so the west will collapse and China can take over.

If he has done something wrong, I hope he is held accountable. However, I have to wonder why the Trump kids are also not being investigated since they actually worked in the WH (and shouldn't have been allowed to do that, either) and made money while there. Hunter Biden has not ever been part of the administration. I also have a hard time taking anyone seriously who talks about Hunter Biden at every turn but has never called out the Trump kids (or Trump himself). It's all deflection, hypocrisy and stupidity.

The senate investigated Hunter in 2020. Dept of Justice is currently investigating him. If he did something illegal, he should be prosecuted. But, all of this seems like a distraction from Trump's misdeeds. Every time there's bad news for the Republican Party or legal problems for Trump, Fox starts talking about Hunter more. Conservative media might be more believable if they didn't use Hunter as a distraction. So far, there's no evidence that Hunter did anything illegal. And there's no evidence that President Biden was connected to any of Hunter's dealings.
