I’ve made low carb pizza by using ground chicken as the crust. Sort of like a very thin burger patty. I did BBQ chicken by adding bbq sauce, red onions and cheese on top. Yeah, I know you asked about a cauli crust but I suggest you try a chicken crust! I have made them before and they are so good. I have even gotten them crispy. I used a canned chicken recipe from Lowcarbstateofmind on Tiktok. It does not have a chicken flavor and really low carb. All you need is: 20oz canned chicken 1 large egg 1/2 cup parmesan Salt Pepper Basil Garlic Powder Cook for 30 min on 375° add your toppings and sauce and cook for another 10-15 minutes. I broiled mine at the end and it was AMAZING! Okay, this intrigues me! I'm going to try it. What size pizza pan do you spread it out in? Or would it totally depend on how thin you want it to be?

Trader Joe's has a pretty good cauliflower crust in their freezer section. I can't remember the name but it's a white box with yellow/green writing/graphics.

Homemade cauliflower crust is *amazing* (and a total pain in the butt to make!) but I never found a premade cauliflower crust that was worth eating. It has been a while though, they may be better these days than pre-pandemic.

Sorry, been on the road. I use a 12 inch pan. Put parchment paper down first, then just squish the chicken mixture flat. I do it pretty thin. That way it gets crisper.

I like a brand called Cauli-power. I also get 2 packs of just the crust to top however I want. DH didn’t even realize it was cauliflower when I made it a few weeks ago.
