I just don't understand this recipe at all. First, it made way more than 4 burgers worth of mix. I had almost a full sheet pan. Second, it didn't crisp up at all. There is no way it could be served as a burger on a piece of bread. I served it as a pile of falling apart mess over lettuce. I did add some taco seasoning to the mix, so it wasn't bad as a form of taco salad type substance, but not something I would make again.
