I have reanimated Wendi Vecchi pastes several times with just a little tap water and letting them sit a day or so with the lid on. If you are considering chucking a dried up paste, give it a try first.

Just popping on to say that the Peachy Cheap deal today is 5 simple stories stencils for $10.99.

I have the Halloween one in my ACOT cart right now so I'm thinking I'm going to grab this.
It would be $6 extra + shipping for 4 more stencils and I think I'll get a lot of use out of the hearts.
