I think I found my perfect home. In fact, my sister sent it to me because she loved it so much. I guess we have the same taste. I don't think there is much I would change about it.... even the furnishings, except a few things here or there. I know some will say the kitchen is small but I hate to cook, so why have a huge kitchen.. lol Edited to add: I would tone down the landscaping a bit.. there is a lot going on.. but I do love it. I just think in a few years it would be a jungle. Edited again.. haha.. I would get rid of the hanging pots.. I personally hate those. I would get some pretty lights to hang instead. www.zillow.com/homedetails/475-W-2nd-St-Lexington-KY-40507/77508871_zpid/?fbclid=IwAR3wMAaMUjxX8IundLezyWBo3BC1j1KcDO2RkBYwNSN4hJbIaPr44ZaeDL8

I agree I like it - and usually I like more modern houses - makes me want to move out of Bay Area lol. I love that downstairs bathroom with the wallpaper. And I like the lush landscaping. Can’t have that in CA either

It is a lovely home with incredible details.
I would need to switch up the landscape and add a patch of grass for the dogs. Or, even better, I'd move the house out of the city to a five acre, wooded lot.

We can be neighbors!! I love that one too!! The pictures are AWESOME... and very professional.. I noticed at the end they took pictures in the same rooms without the Halloween decor... impressive.

It's lovely. I wonder if it comes w/ all that booze on the downstairs bar.

That is a nice house. The only thing I didn’t like was the location of the kitchen sink. It would be better under the other window so there was all countertop next to the stove.

There are a few little things like that sink that could be better.. but I hate cooking anyways, so that probably wouldn't bother me much. I'll never know though.. HA

I love the house! TO me, though, it screams no storage space - mainly because there are things literally on every single surface. But old houses aren't known for their storage, so I would have to deal with it! LOL

I am ready to move in. Except the location. I love the green tile above the stove. The claw foot tub. The backyard. All that is missing is the Nightmare decor. That house is just begging for a Jack Skellington Christmas tree year-round.

I don’t like the bathrooms very much. That first featured shower (photo 32) looks really claustrophobic to me!

Not my style at all. But, it's a lovely home.
I like the bench that is around the firepit, in the courtyard.

It is lovely but a lot of those furnishings would have to go. The couches are hideous. I hate the start white and beige that everyone seems to love but I like color in other places, like an accent chair, pillows and rugs. I hate wallpaper and that would be the first thing to go. I love the landscaping.

Ooh that is lovely! I do enjoy cooking and love to bake so that kitchen would be problematic for me, but if I could afford that house, I would redo the kitchen. That said I'm drooling over the fridge. I hate our current fridge, too small, poor layout etc. Long story on how I ended up with it, but I really do hate it with a passion.

nope. not for me... no matter how beautiful the house is (it's a bit overdone for my taste- or maybe that's just the lighting in the pics) it's only on 0.27 of an acre. 4600 square feet of house on a quarter of an acre is waaay too much house and not enough outside space for me.

Yeah, I can be happy in this house. Let me check my back account, see if I have a spare 2 million.

Oh picture 46 This is a pretty house from the outside. I don't think it's super logical inside, but it's still beautiful. The furnishings aren't to my taste at all, but that's fortunate for 2 reasons 1) you bring your own furnishings and 2) I could never afford this place. I cannot believe that there is something that expensive in Lexington, KY of all places!
