Here's my sketch for Day 23. I often struggle with using multiple larger pictures on layouts and this sketch is a great starting point. 4x6 blog - day 23 by Christine C68, on Flickr It's from the 4x6 Photo Sketch Blog 4x6photosketchblog.blogspot.com/2018/01/12-x-12-171.htmlHere is my sample. I didn't really leave good spaces for embellishments but it works, the story is told and the page is done. Holiday Happy Hour by Christine C68, on Flickr For the 3x3 twist: 3 patterned papers (you can add cardstock) 3 circles 3 pictures If you're playing with a quarterly team claim 5 points for using the sketch, one point for using the twist on any project, and a bonus of 2 points if you use the twist with this sketch.

Thanks, christinec68. I like sketches with photos in different orientations. It is an ongoing struggle, as I print photos first and scrap later, and ONE of the reasons that PL pockets don't usually work for me. Off to Flickr to look more closely at your lovely page.

Thank you for the gallery love! I struggle with that too - regardless of photo size.

Ditto what grammadee said - wonderful to have a sketch with different orientations! Thanks! I think your example is perfectly balanced in interest and embellies! I'll probably way over-do mine

Hey christinec68, here is my page--the one on the right. I tipped the sketch for the orientation of my photos. Three papers (including the background), three pic's on that page, and three circles for the twist. Off the Grid by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

not sure how closely mine matches the sketch but I swear I started with it - no twist though

Thanks for the great sketch christinec68 ! I love this sketch because it uses three full sized photos. Here is my page. Minimal embellishments on this one.

My interpretation of the sketch: Included three patterned papers, 3 circles and 3 photos on the right side . . . made it a two pager.

I'm nearly done with all the sketches from sketchtember, this is my second last one.
