I order from SB.com a few times a year because their shipping to Canada is almost affordable and they have products I can't always get here in Canada (I'm looking at you double sided cutting plates for my Gemini Jr!)
They have offered great CS before - replacing damaged products without question.
Yesterday, I placed a $70 order. This morning, I got a promotional e-mail that there were 3 new freebies that were of higher value and more interest to me (an embossing folder, dies, stamps...) than the "pops of colour" that had been offered with my order yesterday. I was disappointed that I had missed out by mere hours.
So I emailed them, and hoped.
Yup, they are adding the extra freebies to my box!
Wanted to give them a shout out. I've honestly never had bad CS from them, and never had shipping delays from them.

I think every order I've ever placed with Scrapbook.com has been correct and fast! I haven't had the need to contact customer service -- but they have always been excellent in every other respect!

They truly have outstanding CS. I cannot fault SB.com. They're my go-to store as an international and the very few times I've had a hiccup, they were super quick to make it right.

They have a ton of freebies at the moment so I went ahead and ordered the things I was flirty with buying over the next few weeks to get them. I think I got 5 or 6 free things which I think was amazing. Plus almost everything I bought was on sale as well.

I will echo what you said. I also made an order for albums and forgot to add the freebies and they added them for me. The response time was also insanely quick. I think it was 20 minutes from when I sent my email to when they responded!
I ordered three fuzzy 9x12 albums, a red one, a green one and a black one. I'm going to use some for my Walt Disney world trip

I think Scrapbook.com was one of my first online orders in the late 90s.

A couple of years ago I emailed when an item was missing from my order. They sent it out immediately, no questions asked. A couple days later, I found them missing item tucked in with my other items. I emailed them and offered to pay or return at my expense and they were so sweet about it and asked me to share with a friend. I’ve never not been 100% satisfied with them.

I'm glad you had such a great experience! I love SB.com. I've actually been sitting here looking at their website and filling my wishlist with things that I want.

They're my go to store and while I've never needed to use their cs, I'm always happy to hear of good experiences. There are certainly a lot of good things to love about them.

glad to see this thread, I just had a good experience as well. I ordered over the past sale weekend, I ordered two date stamps. A Paige Evans Splendid date roller and a Point Planner date stamp. They are both made by American Crafts.
Well when I got the stamps the Paige Evans was the exact same as the Point Planner. It had the correct pink colored PE handle on it but the stamp itself was the point planner.
I emailed them and they responded the next day, asking me to send a picture so they could check their warehouse stock. It was obvious a manufacture error but the rest of their stock of the PE were the correct ones, so the very next day they sent me out the correct one and told me to keep the bad one.
I was happy it was so painless and it took minimal time to get the correct one. Very happy with my purchase.
