I like these kinds of sketches, good for when I don't have much to say about a photo, but also enough space on the layout if I want to tell a longer story. I'm adding this to my list of sketches to complete.

I love your take on the sketch. I just have a difficult time finding JUST ONE photo to scrap.

joyfulnana, I love this sketch. This is one I will definitely do. Your layout using it is so delightful. You have love in the gallery. Linda, that's a great sunflower photo and this sketch worked perfectly for that size. Beautiful job and perfect colors for the photo.

Linda I love this page, the sunny yellow and it's so pretty! I'm glad you liked the sketch. Thank you everyone! What I like most about sketches like this is what @chinagirl said, there's room for a larger story or no story at all. This one definitely became more about having fun with product than the story.

I didn't THINK I had taken this on before... Here is my page from today:  a card for DAD 2 by Gramma Dee, on Flickr I think I will keep this one. The reason I printed it was b/c I loved the chevrons, and I didn't use any of them here LOL. |
