Undoubtedly unpopular opinion, but I really like all the pink in it, but I often use pink at Christmas. This is pretty much what I expected and not my style.

Broken record here... although I love Doodlebug this new Christmas collection looks like their old collections so I can pass on it. Kind of glad I am not tempted.

they definitely are easily recognisable as Doodlebug. I'm a Christmas traditionalist so the bright colours and pinks don't work for me

I do really like it. I think I figured out why I like Doodlebug products so much, and it is because I enjoy creating little scenes sometimes on my pages using the die cuts and stickers. I love the houses, cars, reindeer... they always have a great variety of diecuts to use.
Or maybe I just have a Doodlebug problem. And I am ok with that. 😊 I will for sure pick up some of this collection.

I am actually going to purchase a lot of Candy Cane Lane. I love the pink for Christmas.

Have been tempted to ONLY order their shadow box kits for that reason. Hmmm, I wonder if their collection with the bison still has one of those available somewhere...

I like the border print on the b-side of Santa's Sweets and the white and red diagonal print on the b-side of Candy Cane Lane. I think both of those would play well with some of my existing Christmas stash.

I would buy this if I needed supplies to make Christmas cards. It is my card style but not my layout style. And I am trying to stash bust with my Christmas cards this year, so I'll pass.

I love that shade of green but I think it looks horrible mixed with red. This is a pass for me.

Not a fan, but I can certainly appreciate someone making a great holiday page with it.
When I watch YT who use this company, I always love how their pages turn out, but I just wouldn't buy it unless it had woodland creatures in it... and kayaks... and no pinks.

That ShakerPop sticker with the Santa on TV would be great for anyone making a DD page about watching Christmas programs Thanks PaperAngel!

Cute but very similar to past lines. I will probably pick up a few pieces because I'm a sucker for Doodlebug. The Doodle pops are cute and I like the christmas tree sprinkles. The tag paper is really fun, too. I'm not sure if I will buy one, but the notepads are cute, too. Just for comparison, I looked at this year's tag paper vs last year's. This year's has yellow and last year's was more blue and winter themed with snowflakes, polar animals etc. www.scrapbook.com/store/db-7529.htmlwww.acherryontop.com/shop/company/doodlebug/line/candy_cane_lane/491158

I’m really bored with Doodlebug Christmas collections. It’s literally the same collection every year, they just highlight a different holiday character and make a different color more prominent. It’s the same Santa, the same reindeer, the same trees, etc. You buy one collection, you’ve bought them all.

Hi! I just wanted to say thanks for making these posts. Sometimes it's the only way I see new stuff. I really appreciate it.

Thanks for posting PaperAngel. I think a lot of the B sides are quite usable and I do like a couple of the A sides. I love the "Shopping List" notepad and am tempted to buy a pack of the cardstock. Has anyone used the c/s? Is it a nice quality? Is it made in the USA? Thanks.

I enjoy Doodlebug for cards. This collection does look a little more pink than some of the Christmas lines past but I don't really mind that. I enjoy being able to mix and match with leftovers from past years so the sameness also doesn't bother me. I think I need to get some new papers to use with the die cuts I have leftover from 2019-2020 but I'm not sure I'll do it this year. The good thing about Doodlebug is that there's no hurry - next year's papers will probably work just as well as any other year's

It appears Doodlebug's holiday collections have become formulaic & predictable. I understand the frustration of papercrafters who prefer new imagery, icons, colors, etc for a change or to coordinate with/update leftover supplies from the company's prior years' releases.

... Has anyone used the c/s? Is it a nice quality? Is it made in the USA? Thanks. While I've never bought/used Doodlebug cardstock & therefore cannot opine on the quality, the packaging for both the Candy Cane Lane Textured Cardstock & Petite Prints indicates (in the lower right corner) they are "made in the USA" but not the type or weight (GSM). As an aside, it's surprising (& frustrating!) how many companies don't include basic information, such as size/measurements, in product descriptions.

Thanks for your responses. Candy Cane Lane is cute, the classic patterns are versatile (e.g. The tone on tone hearts on the reverse of Much Love could be used on any layout, while Plaid looks ideal for Spring-related activities) but I already have similar designs in my existing inventory. I'm also theme-challenged & use few embellishments, so not interested in the value bundle. Nothing from this collection is added to my wish list.
