Posting this early for AussieMeg and Chinagirl828 and any other scrappers across the international date line who may tune in here... I found this sketch on the Creative Memories website. I liked that it was a wreath, but made with simple pieces.
Here is my take on this on the left. At first I thought I would up the ante and create a whole layered leafy wreath around an outdoor fall photo. But then I remembered why I chose this sketch in the first place. I had alot of fun just dropping in random school related bits and bobs around the pic dgd shared with me--a silly selfie of her and her friends:
I am also going to use this LO for this month's Donna challenge: transitions.

That's cute! I might attempt this and use some of my ECD dies!

That's so cute! I have some stitched stars and stitched confetti elements that I have been dying to use that would suit this sketch I think.

Thanks for the fab sketch grammadee . I did indeed get to use the stitched confetti element by Aziko Designs that I have been wanting to use. I did two versions, one with a white background and one with a black background. I can't decide which one I like best. I usually prefer a lighter background, and the white background shows the embellishments better, but the black background suits the photo (taken just after midnight on NYE).

Thanks for playing, AussieMeg! I love the black background. I think the jewels pop against it and if the photo was taken at midnight, then it fits the theme, too.

Here's mine! I fussy cut the little animal faces from a piece of paper. Arthur wasn't too thrilled about this costume, I think he preferred being a taco last year. Sketchy Saturday 10/15/22 by scrappy rabbit, on Flickr
