I am so rusty and I don’t remember how to do some things.
Is there a way to transfer letters made from card stock and keep them lined up from the Cricut mat to your protect? I looked it up and all I can find is transfer tape and vinyl. But how do I do the same thing so I can keep everything lined up when it’s card stock?
Thank you for any help.

You can always pull off the entire sheet of cardstock off the Cricut mat and use it as a template over your project. Just pop the cardstock back in the holes it was cut out of.

I did this with Hawaiian islands to make sure they stayed in the proper spots. There’s is no other way to ensure that those are exactly where they should be.

Put low tack/washi tape over the letters after cutting then pry them off? The tape should in theory keep everything spaced the way it was. Then you can apply glue/adhesive and stick it onto your project.

I've done what steakgoddess does, but I have also used Glad Press-n-Seal. It doesn't rip your paper like transfer tape. You place a smooth strip over the letters on the mat and rub over them. Then pry them carefully going left to right (or right to left) as you pull gently on the Press-n-Seal. Then I glue my letters while still on the Press-n-Seal and place them carefully on my project.

Yes, Press and Seal works as well as blue painters tape.

Was just going to suggest Press n Seal, but I see that jjpeapea and 950nancy have that covered.

Same as steakgoddess I use the negative cut to make sure my letters are lined up.
