Your challenge is to use only old papers or scraps. You may use full sheets to cut the background piece, but everything else should be old or scraps. Points 2 per card Extra twist this time - 1 point for a printed image for your main subject - 2 points if you use a paper piecing Your twist is to make mulitiples of the same design - 2 points per card Your bonus is the give them away. Rest homes, senior centers, police or fire stations are all good to gift. The firemen at our local station love getting them. Points 20 points for every 10 you gift This one started as a the sheet-load-of-cards posted by azcrafty Somewhere along the line it morphed. CHRISTMAS 2022 by CLAUDIA LOVELESS, on Flickr

I like this challenge! I'll have to look for some prints I can use. I have plenty of scraps LOL. jjpeapea , are those images from old Christmas cards?

gramma, I love that edging around your die cut pieces. I need to try that! That Santa is really cute and I love the drama the black mat adds. Beautiful cards and such a nice group for donation. jjpeapea, these cards are so pretty. I love the sweet vintage images you have used. They bring back memories of my childhood. I can tell you doubled up those skinny sentiments again. You do that so well! I really struggle doubling thin elements. Do you use liquid glue? I love the way they match your mats. Beautiful cards. Linda, I love your gingerbread cards. I especially love the shapes you often use for your sentiments or focal element mats. Do you have punches that make those shapes or do you cut them on your Cricut? I think that adds so much to a card or layout. These turned out so cute. Gingerbread elements are always one of my favorites on Christmas scrapping. I really had to scrounge to find enough Christmas-look scraps. My scrap accordian file has had a workout the last couple of months. These were fun to do. Thank you, gramma for the challenge and for encouraging us to use scraps and to donate! Santa Face

Linda your cards are a style that appeals to me a lot. I love the color of your paper and how the gingham check looks against it. Cute! nylene you matched your scraps perfectly. I love how bushy your Santa's beard is, just the eyes peaking out. He looks at bit like my DH!

I love everyone’s cards, but since I am in catch up mode, just one for me, not multiples.
