Where do you get your pictures printed? I prefer to have them done by someone else, even though I have a good printer. It won’t print at the resolution it is supposed to be able to do.
I used to get mine printed at Costco, but they don’t do them in house anymore. I could still have them done through Costco, and just have them shipped to me, but I haven’t done that. Trying to figure out the best way. It’s been so long since I scrapbooked, and I want to get my Disney pictures printed and get started.

Trying to figure out the best way. It’s been so long since I scrapbooked, and I want to get my Disney pictures printed and get started. I order from Costco weekly for my PL photos. It's free shipping until you start ordering the larger sizes like 12x18. It's $3.99 / 12x18 or 12x12 (and shipping, but I haven't found them to be crazy high). They sometimes ship the 4x6 separate from my larger print order, so be aware of that. I also started using them for my DD. I also get them within a week of ordering. However, for my Disney album, I use Persnickety.

I've printed them at home myself for so long (Epson PM), I wouldn't know where to go other than Persnickety.

I use Walgreens. There is a lot of locations around me and with online discount codes I can get them fairly cheap. I don't like printing out 100+ at a time because it's just too overwhelming lol I did get a photo printer for my birthday but haven't figured out how to connect it to WiFi yet.

I take mine to the kiosk at WalMart. Or to a local photogrphers' shop where they have a kiosk, but theirs are way more expensive and I often forget to edit for light--theirs print much darker than WM.

Usually Amazon - their prices have jumped recently but .17/print still isn't bad and free shipping helps. If I need just a few right away - usually CVS - I sometimes use Walgreens if they have a sale but I always regret it because I end reprinting - their machine is often poorly calibrated locally.

I use Shutterfly and batch order all my prints. The quality is ok, I’m sure you can find better quality elsewhere. Shipping does take a little while. I just like how easy it is to place the orders.

Persnickety has been my go to for a long time now. The quality has always been good for me. I’ve tried Walgreens and the color was always off. I recently ordered a few enlargements from Shutterfly and the paper was so thin and flimsy.

Thank you, everyone! It sounds like the favorite options are Persnickety and Costco.

I only use Walgreens right now primarily because they print in an hour and my husband is willing to occasionally go pick them up for me.
They will even do framed canvas in an hour, so I'm pretty happy with them.

I use the Walmart app and local pick up. They are 12 cents for 4x6 right now. Used to be .09 cents last year. How much is Costco per 4x6 print?

I just placed my first order at Persnickety Prints. I need a bunch of pictures from spring break—too many to print individually at home. I hope they come out nicely (or I’ll even settle for usable at this point since I’ve been putting off ordering them for so long).

Cost, service, speed and quality are always top notch at Persnickety. I've been scrapbooking for over 20 years. The year Ali Edwards did the Hybrid class (2016?) she shared a Persnickety discount code. I've not gotten a photo printed anywhere else since then. One bad order due to packaging/shipping (corners were bent - but they made it right.) Other than that, as a rabid PL, DD, WITL, and keeper of family photo archive, and it's been perfect.

You aren’t kidding! I got my order yesterday—over 150 photos. I haven’t looked at all of them yet but the ones I glanced at look pretty good. Hopefully I can get some scrapping done soon!

So happy you are pleased! And remember, there’s more to it than “just” looking fantastic. These are actual prints that withstand water etc wayyyy better than a lot of other places. And, as a scrapbooker, that translates to a lot of inks (not stazon!) are able to be wiped off with a damp paper towel if I don’t like my stamping.
Experiment a little with how resilient they are!!

In Canada I order mine online from Black's Photography. They consistently have a sale for 100 photos or more at 10 cents each. And their prints are gorgeous. I've been ordering from there for years. Used to go in store when they had store fronts but now it's all online.

I print 99% of mine at home on an Epson PictureMate 400. All other pics I get printed through Persnickety Prints or MPix. They are the best by far.

For layouts and small scale projects, I print at home on my Epson PM400. For large batch printing ( project life, vacation albums ), I use Persnickety Prints.

I did Costco until they stopped... I have an good printer, kinda old but after I bought the refill kit on Amazon and started refilling the inks myself, the pictures are much better quality than Costco. You should try it, so much cheaper, and easy to fill. Usually after filling the inks the first print or 2 will have lines but after that they get much better.
