Wasn't that FUN?!? Thirty one amazing card making challenges with samples and twists! If you missed one or two--or all--of the challenges, they are all linked to the CARDtober is HERE thread stickied at the top of this forum.
If you are a member of a challenge team and want to earn the completion bonus, you have until November 7th to get the rest of your cards completed. But points for cards based on these challenges are good for cards made any time during this quarter.
What a fun month for Pea card makers!

Yes!! Thank you for hosting so many awesome challenges! I didn’t get nearly as much crafting done as I would have liked in October, but intend to work through the challenges as I start on christmas cards in the next couple weeks. A big thank you to grammadee for hosting the event and finding the challenge hosts! |

I love CARDtober. I am usually struggling by the end, but I get so many cards done that I can use the rest of the year, and it’s a lot of fun, even if you just do it for the creativity and not for points. Thank you for organizing it, grammadee! |

I had something to look forward to each day in October. Thank you for taking the time to create and post challenges. Sort of like an advent calendar for card makers LOL. Instead of a gift each day, we get a new idea to try. I didn't participate much this CARDtober, but hoping to get into Christmas card construction pretty soon, and planning to check the list every time I change card designs. |

BTT in case anyone is on a team still trying to get points.
I may still post a card for the last challenge, even though I’m not on a team. I have done every challenge for the past 3 years now, so I hate to break a perfect record. I just have to get my card finished.

That is one of the things I plan to do before my Christmas card making blitz this next week. I need the inspiration! azcrafty I hope you feel better soon. Thank you, grammadee , I did finish the final challenge, and I posted my last card on the 7th. I love the stash of cards I end up with when CARDtober is done! Part of me wants to find all the prompts from previous CARDtobers. It would be nice to have a complete list to refer to when creativity needs a push. |
