Happy November!
I hope those of you with young kids or grandkids got lots of fun photos to play with. I mentioned on another thread that I had some fun photos of DGS carving his pumpkin.
For a laugh - I live in a new area of detached townhomes with all my neighbors being 55+. DGS was SURE we'd have trick or treaters, but I was sure we would not. Well, we had one, my friend brought her grandson. All the way to hockey practice he was telling me to admit he was right and I was wrong. He's so darn funny.

Happy November! It snowed overnight, just to remind me that no matter what speed I move at, Mother Nature has her own agenda. Not alot of snow, and it is already melting. But it was enough for the yard to be white this morning. I had really hoped to finish my summer and fall pages at the crop this last weekend. I had a list of 20 titles. But all of these titles represented two page LO's, and some of them seemed to morph into two or three of those. So although I came home with 28 pages completed, I still have a box of photos and at least half my list of titles. At the crop, I got my hands on some of that gorgeous 49 & Market Simple Vintage Countryside paper I was looking for. I need to look for some photos of my dMIL to scrap with it. And I can see myself using it for almost ANY photos. So beautiful. The LSS gifted us a set of 6x8 cards from a different 49&M at the beginning of our event, and I used those cards or pieces of them on just about every page I put together. Halloween wasn't on my list of titles for the crop. But I usually end my Fall album with a few spooky pages. Haven't even pulled out my little Iris box of Halloween scrapping supplies. We are way out of town and it has been a long time since we have had trick or treaters at the farm. I have pic's of my dgs's costumes. Yes two costumes: one for school and one that fit over a snowsuit for going door to door outside. And pic's of the pumpkins they carved. If I don't get pic's of my other dgk's in their Halloween getups, I will ask. Your dgs sounds like a hoot, mikklynn. He's right, you know. ONE isn't NONE. You will need to be more specific next time LOL.

i'm working on a canvas page christmas album. i stitched the album pages using red canvas cloth but the background on each page is printed cardstock just so the pages don't flop over.

Love this thread!
Last night I edited and sent to walgreens about 90 photos of the past week's activities. Right after I sent them I found a photo that my son had sent me, so gotta save that for the next batch. Ugh!
My only crop this month is a 4 day retreat at the beach. It is always a fun and productive time. We go to Hobby Lobby and peruse all the Christmas stuff in addition to the scrappy stuff.

Happy November! Seriously when did this happen? I've been not terribly productive in October and hoping to do better this month. I did decide to order photos to complete my 2019 PL album. I considered doing a full on digital photo book but I didn't find a photobook software program that I liked and I didn't feel like putting in the effort. So I ordered a year's worth of prints (on sale) then spent an hour organizing the photos by month/week (I do weekly PL) I also set up my album+page protectors from my stash. This weekend I'll start filling pockets. I've got a couple of weeks where I'm super photo light so I'll just add those in to another week. I do well with batching my PL albums so I think this will work out ok. Thinking this project will definitely put a dent in PL stash! I can see where having one of the BH kits would work well with this too. I still have some of the midnight kit (my favorite) that I might just take out and try to use to simplify things.

My favorite Trick or Treater was probably a little boy. As soon as I open the door, "Where's.your.puppies?" Said in one long word! I said, sorry, what? He repeated it, then I understood him. I said I'm so sorry, I wish I had a puppy! Then without pausing, "Where's.your.kitties?"

Well had a super long appointment today with genetics.
I too have EDS 3 - Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
I do have to do two genetic screens to make sure I do not have one of the other 12 or 13 types of EDS. But yeah. I am a Zebra like dd.
Ds gets tested next.

I am not familiar with all the effects of the syndrome, but I'm glad you know. It affects all of your connective tissues and joints - big and small. So that is why I completely tore my left ACL just walking. And why I can contort my body and why gymnastics was easy for me - well the bendy parts of it. LOL
