My goodness, I think SB.com should hire me to promote them from the number of times I've had to come here to applaud their CS. And never once has it been the store's fault or obligation - they've offered MORE than I expected or asked for each and every time.
Last time it was my fault for ordering the day before a big promotion went up, and yet they gave me the promotion when I asked.
This time, my order included 2 sets of altenew enamel dots. Good value for the quality, size and number of dots I thought, so I bought 2 colour assortments.
I was so disappointed in the colours! They were *so* different from the online picture. The grey was plain old grey, not "warm grey" (almost taupe) as advertised, and the last row of dots was simply black, not even a dark grey. The yellows were 2 rows of yellow, then a row of peachy orange, and then the fugliest brown ever. Could not be considererd yellow in any way!
Did I complain to the store? Nah. My bad. Still usable. Still good quality dots. Not a huge expense.
Did I write a review to warn future buyers? Yup - gave them 1 star, and explained the colour problem.
Got an email and refund for both sets today, and SB.com is revising the online picture.
SERIOUSLY - this is paying attention to your customers concerns when you respond without a customer making a formal request/complaint!
