This is my high school boyfriend’s house. Lol. Like literally that kitchen and little dining area is exactly the same. So much of it is the same. Haha. Funny trip down 1990s memory lane.

I don't get the hate? It looks like an older couples well tended house.
The bathroom 'desks' are vanity's. You can sit and get ready or do your hair. Something nice if your older (or have little ones that you are doing their hair).
The finishes are dated, but the bones are nice.
Hays, America. A nice university town with really fun people! Octoberfest is so fun, and the authentic German food is wonderful. I bet some great beirocks, green bean soup, and galushkis were made in that kitchen.

It's very well maintained, but obviously has never been updated. Looks so much like my bffs house 25 years ago!

Such a small kitchen for a bigger house. It's very state-of-the-art 80's.

It's not so much 'hate'.. just a step back in time.. I think the house would be great updated. I am pretty familiar with Hays.. Stop there about twice a year going back and forth to my moms. We did 4th of July there once and I locked my keys in the car. Got someone to help for only $50! There used to be a scrapbook store there I would stop at as well. I always go to the Walmart. It is the nicest Walmart I have ever been to.. Very clean and well kept up. We occasionally stay overnight.. lots of newer hotels. The wind there though.. NEVER stops blowing. EVER.

The wind there though.. NEVER stops blowing. EVER. As a SWKS native. The wind. Oh the wind. You do get used to it, sort of. But the wind is always blowing.
